Had a great experience with the Nomado store. I bought quite a few items (roterfaden, notebooks etc) and they were perfectly wrapped and quickly delivered to the US. I cannot recommend them enough for the experience and they even took of the VAT tax! Definitely give them a try they are the real deal.

I have shopped with Nomado numerous times and have always received my products quickly. Whenever I needed customer service, Charles was happy to answer any questions I might have had and accommodate any requests. It is worth noting that Nomado is one of very few bringing a lot of these Japanese stationery products into the European market. I would definitely recommend shopping with them.

I bought a bag from Nomado and unfortunately the wrong item was sent. I received first class customer services though and can't recommend Nomado enough. Charles immediately arranged a return, refunded me and paid for the customs fees. To top it off he has even offered me a discount for a future order. Mistakes happen but it's how you rectify them that counts and Nomado did a first class job of rectifying things. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Don't follow there own terms and conditions regarding cancelling. Customer service is terrible. Lie about when the item is dispatched. Over priced cheap crap from China! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not order anything from Nomado!! It comes from China, its overpriced, not working well and its CRAP! The good reviews must be the fake reviews!

I absolutely love the bag I ordered, it was exactly as expected, as per the photos and description on the website. They dispatched my order fast, and it arrived via FedEx within a week. However, shipping was actually delayed by several days, as my order went from France through 2 US locations first before finally landing in Malaysia. I do hope this company switches from FedEx to DHL, as DHL is faster and more efficient, taking only several days to ship from Europe to Asia. I also get upset with FedEx because they only inform me in person on the spot, the day they actually deliver my order, that I actually had to pay customs tax in order to receive my item. The only options for this were cash or online payment (no card). So that was a nasty unexpected surprise. At least DHL warns me about tax in advance via both email and sms, and provides a link for me to pay the tax amount online BEFORE they attempt delivery. I want to order from this company again, but FedEx shipment is a deterrent and makes me think twice about it.

I purchased a Japanese calligraphy paper weight from this company. When it was delivered the item’s wrapping was so battered I thought I was given a second hand item and contacted the store to let them know of my experience. To my utter dismay a man named Charles replied and didn’t take any responsibility for the matter, wasn’t open to taking on board my suggestion to provide alternate wrapping for products so purchased items would arrive in an acceptable manner and rudely informed me to not bother returning for business. What an unprofessional and utterly toxic experience. Shop elsewhere would be my advice.
