To Avoid
Unfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been very disappointing. Their response times when issues arise can be extremely slow, but the biggest problem is how poorly tenancy issues are managed.
It often feels as though they try to avoid dealing with tenant enquiries as much as possible, particularly when the issue is more complicated or requires extra effort. To be fair, there have been occasions where they resolved things quickly, but the level of service is very inconsistent.
Overall, I don't feel that tenants' concerns are always taken seriously, and the way issues are handled depends far too much on how difficult or inconvenient the problem is for them to resolve.
