As that happened, we proactively reached out to all affected customers to keep them informed of the delays. Both parcels from your order were delivered within less than a month from your purchase date.

What we should have explained better is that your order (#00003595) was shipped in three separate parcels, as is often the case with our cycling apparel collections — each item is carefully prepared and dispatched to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

The full delivery was completed within less than a month from your purchase date, and we're glad all three packages reached you. That said, we hear you: the lack of a clear tracking update and the confusion around the cancellation request were not the experience we want for our customers.
