I'm so happy with my box! I've done other makeup subscription boxes before and wanted a change...this one is perfect

Really cute and useful products for my everyday beauty routine!! Love them!!

I was so excited to receive my first NMNL box of goodies, that i didn't even wait the delivery guy to ring the doorbell, kinda snatched it out of his hands.
And everything inside is so cute and useful! Can't wait to show of my new products! Thank you.

Cute stuff but overall not a great value for your money. You get roughly 8 items and at least 3 are in 5$ and under range the others would be 10$ and under. So you’re really not saving any money by subscribing but it does give you the chance to try things you may of never heard of and that are harder to get ahold of depending on where you live.

I had a little issue with my April box, that was still stuck at the post office in Tokyo mid-april. After contacting Nomakenolife, the box was brought back to their office and shipped again, this time with DHL Express shipping. After just 5 days I received my parcel. I love the high-quality products and the variety (lipstick, eyeshadow, sheetmask, sleeping pack, lipgloss, beauty tools and many more).

I’ve had this box for almost a year now and it’s so fun to have all these products and i love them!

The Nomakenolife February 2022 box has some cute chocolate-themed items. The heart-shaped tint is so cute and is the best item in the box.

I love this subscription. Every month I am excited to see what’s in the box, and it always cheers me up. This month I am excited to try every item I received.

I really liked the lip matte cushion. The marigold color was a hit.
I'd like to suggest they avoid sending brushes or items people already has so that we get the chance to try and test new products not easily available to us.

I really love the boxes, every product is unique and I love that I always get the colors that suit me best. I also really love all of the face masks, lip tints and the brushes. It’s all amazing! 11/10 recommend!

I have been subscribed to the nomakenolife subscription box since 2019 and hadn't had any problems at first. The items seem somewhat cheap but the novelty of it all somewhat made up for it.

Once COVID hit my boxes stopped arriving ($191 worth) and I contacted them about a refund but was refused and told they would arrive as soon as the borders opened up. Fast forward to over a year later I am told they are never coming and will not be getting a refund, instead I was give a few days to choose between coupons or store credit.

I contacted them and asked for a refund and they told me i missed their 180 day refund period. When I explained that I had in fact asked for a refund earlier they just brushed me off.

After going back and forth for a month trying to get a refund because I was not made aware of their 180 day refund period, change of policies or the fact that there was a chance my boxes wouldn't arrive I gave up and accepted their offer of less boxes but a few small random freebies…

Now they are telling me that they have changed things again and they will not fulfil the new agreement unless I pay more money.

They may take your money but never ship your products and will continuously add extra fees that you have to pay or risk losing the money you have already invested in them.

I love the assortment of items for this month's box! You can even make an entire look - from the makeup to even your hairstyle using the items included! I also love how consistent the NMNL team is when it comes to curating products that surprisingly match (considered that scoring makeup & beauty products for a themed box is pretty hard).

All I can say is, subscribing to this box is definitely worth it. ❤

Had 2 boxes already (3 month sub) absolutely no issues. All the items are super cute and high quality. I am blown away by the delivery speed. I already have my December box 😱 it only takes about a week to get from japan to the UK once dispatched. I would say, I'd prefer more skincare as opposed to makeup (that's mostly what I'm in it for) but that doesn't affect my rating.

I have 5 boxes that I ordered over a year ago and have just been told that I will not be receiving them and that I am not getting a refund. They will only give me store credit or coupons. I asked for a refund immediately when they failed to Ship my products but they refused and told me to wait and now they are saying the refund period has expired.

How am I not able to get a refund on products that I paid for but never received?!

I love Japanese and Korean beauty! This box always brings me a bunch of cool finds! I love the themes they have, plus the useful products they throw in like brushes or cleaners!

Wow I am so impressed with my first box. There were 5 full size makeup items, 2 face masks, and a travel makeup brush set. I seriously cannot wait for next month. I am planning on extending my subscription when it ends!

the problem was a shipment issue by the pandemic circumstances but the team of No make No life help me with my question. I'm very grateful for their response.

There is always something different in each box and items that you cannot buy in my country Spain. I love all the items and the surprise each month!!! 💜💜💜
