I love everything!
I just received my first box and I am super impressed with everything in it. I like how even though you may know what products it contains you don't know the shade. Makes it good for trying different colours and experimenting. I can't wait to get my next one!

I was charged twice for my subscription, so I contacted customer service. They replied within a reasonable amount of time - I ordered the nomakenolife box at around midnight EST, and got a response at 6 in the morning. They seemed very willing to help me resolve this issue, though it was probably a problem on my bank's part because - once I woke up - the issue resolved itself on its own. I feel like if I did have a genuine problem, they would help me resolve the issue.

I loved the products but not worth the money
I loved the products but I wouldn’t say they were worth the 40+ pounds I paid. I also thought I was getting a cat make up brush since that was in the pictures but didn’t get one. Was actually a bit disappointed sadly. I would buy again depending on the items.

What I love
I really really love the nmnl boxes! Everything is so cute and lovely. I use some products often like the sheet mask or lip tints. To be honest the lip products are always may favorite! I really do appreciate some things like a sleep mask or some things for the hair. I excited for the next boxes!
