Well it takes a long time to get the money on my account but the helpdesk helps me out with free spins and an apology. They couldn’t help it because it was the provider that make it take that long,

I was a very happy about nomaspin till last thursday. I made 2 deposits from 35 and 50 euro's. Normaly deposits apear directly in your players account. This time the 35 euro apeart two hours later in my account but the 50 never did. The money is gone from my bankaccount but never apeart on my playersaccount. The worst part is the i don't get any respons on my two email. Very strange and not good cause i liked the nomaspin site.

Up to 5 working days before deposit is in your account
When you make a deposit on a casino site, I assume this is because you want to play at that moment.
However, even though a first deposit was made a little while back - successful) my 2 deposits after did not came trough. 1 was cancelled but the other one pending more then 1,5 days ago. Talked to customer service yesterday - a woman - and she said it could take up to 3 hours. Which it didn't. Was granted 10 free spins, which does not make up for the fact my money is not in my account and not on my bank.
Again contacted customer service, and there is nothing they can/will do. Not really felt heard with customer service (due to their restrictions possibly) but still...As a Senior Customer Service / Sales Support manager, I can honestly say - worst service I have experienced in a while. Not even apology bonus or whatever. So therefor leaving this review. Hopefully service can change for other "victims"
