Steer away

I have made a total of five orders from Nombox over the last two years and I have received five of them just fine but the last one never came and all my attempts at getting in touch were unsuccessful. Had to get my bank involved and I am still waiting for the answer or my money.

No product received and no refund

I put quite a big order in. Got an email stating product is no longer available I will receive a full refund. 3 weeks, many emails and a few phone calls, where you can only leave a message, later, still no response from them. Stay away, I think this company steals from people. I lost nearly £180 and until I receive a refund I can only believe that this company is nothing else but a scam.

No communication or customer service skills.

Ordered 2 items two weeks ago. Sent 3 emails asking where my order was with NO reply. Eventually received half of my order with a refund for the other half. Reading some of the other reviews I'm lucky to get half of my order and a refund. I will not use this firm again or recommend them to anyone.

Excellent in every way

These guys source hard-to-get products at much more reasonable prices than you will see anywhere else. My husband has terrible allergies and there are some overseas products that you cannot get for love nor money in this country, with extortionate shipping costs from most suppliers. These guys supplied what I needed promptly and inexpensively and had no problem at all. If it does take longer sometimes, I guess that is to be expected as they are often supplying products you can't get over here, so I think that's reasonable.

Very Dudgy products

Last week, I ordered a dietary supplement. yes it arrived within a week. It arrived in a different shaped bottle and the supplement facts on the back were absolutely incorrect. I have been using flora swedish bitters for a while now and I know what the supplement facts should be. Serving size should be 1tbsp (15ml) NOT (5ml) and Serving per Container should be 16-17 NOT 50. and there are typos present in the write-up.

I am going to return my order. And they better return my money, else all hell will break loose.

Extremely inefficient company, shouldn't trade on the internet.

I only found out after waiting 5 days that my order was never going to come. And I only found this out by calling them. I received no email info and the person I spoke to seemed surprised that I had called. In this day and age I would expect internet companies to send out goods within a day or 2 or the order, not for the customer to have to wait indefinitely. Seems they don't have any actual stock, they order it from third parties- hence long delays- so not much good to anyone!!! Shop elsewhere! This company seems pretty clueless.

Steer clear of this company

Ordered placed and paid for 13 august, 6 weeks later still no delivery, several emails later i am told that once a parcel has left them its in the hands of the Royal Mail - no offer of refund but will replace, and take no responsibility if goes astray. I will never use nombox again, and even now not sure i will see my items.

delayed dispatch but good product

The product is fine. It is listed as including a free gift with orders, but no free gift was included - considering this was a free gift, I'm not entirely bothered. Having seen that others have had less than ideal experiences with the company, I'm glad I got my product at all to be honest.
The dispatch took a lot longer than expected - over a week, in fact. Not packaged well at all - my product was toner in a glass bottle and arrived in a padded envelope. I would have expected a small box with good packing material.
The price of the product and delivery made it the cheapest option available - and I guess I got what I paid for.
I wouldn't buy from this company again but only because there are other places out there that do the same stuff - albeit for more money. I think in this day and age of ASOS and Amazon deliveries we expect our orders instantly. Whether that is good or bad, it's not my place to judge society. So if you're not like that, then that's your prerogative!

Avoid

I purchased a product over two weeks ago. It still hasn't arrived (despite delivery being estimated at 2 - 5 days). I have emailed three times, left voicemails, and have received absolutely no reply. Either this company doesn't know what it's doing, or it's a scam. I will be taking further action.

nothing flash. good prices and cheap delivery (but big problems)* read on

I originally gave a good review for this but I have now changeed it because although, like above this company has non existent customer support. they sent me expired goods. and not worth ringing up their affiliated company (jelly beans) or some crap like that, because would take 30 mins to get through. (if you even)

but the other reviewers are right. they have no contact details and you wont get your items delivered unless you ring up their affiliated company and speak to the man direct.

So all in all. I wouldnt waste your time and money

Customer Services Non-existence

I purchased 3 bottles of cold pressed oils. Unfortunately, when I received the parcel, one of the bottles was broken. I filled in the online contact form reporting the case that same night which was a Friday. I got no reply from them, so emailed them again on Tuesday. Still no reply, I then filled in their online returns form on Wednesday or Thursday. Still nothing. So I would say stay clear even though their products seem to be cheaper than other suppliers, it's not worth the risk and frustration.
