I needed filters for my setup
I needed some new filters for my grow-setup. I contacted the Whatsapp number shown on their website to ask how many filters they had in stock. Quickly I received a reply on my question, and some hours later I received the answer on my question. This was during the weekend. Items were shipped as informed and received it after 1 working day. Also the price was very competitive compared with other Dutch grow shops.

Great customer service, fast delivery, good prices
Excellent and very friendly customer service (thank you Patricia) in regards to availability, updates and delivery estimate. Very fast delivery. The item was shipped on a Friday and I received it the following Tuesday - shipped to Germany by the way.
Very good prices and a big selection of available items. I will definitely be ordering from No Mercy again and can recommend it to anyone.
