I couldn't withdraw my winnings. The site is a scam. Errors whenever you try to submit a withdrawal request and you can't transfer back to the card you deposited with. Their customer services close the chat and tell you the finance team are working on it - when they don't have your bank's details.

Same providers, Same rules, Same support system, etc. If you happen to win big, they will not let you withdraw and say that your bank rejected your withdrawal. However, if you win too much, they will simply block your account. Find a legit casino, this is a SCAMMMM!

They simply does not want you to withdraw money. There is always a system error, their live chat is barely working amd customer service support is like a joke. Imagine you win something, you want to get your money, and here comes the first surprise: system does not let you. Then you try to contact them on live chat, which is simply not available like never. If you somehow catch them they do not help. I am not saying you will never get your money, but they will make you wait for very long.

Constant problems with the slots, they would lag, then I would be booted out of the slot and casino because "Couldn't connect with server" or "The game is experiencing a delay" I would then have to wait 5 minutes before I could log back in. And it was not because of my connection, I was connected at 700 mbps. This went on for hours, customer service wasn't able to help me, all they could say is that they were having known issues with Pragmatic games, I explained to them that it was more than just Pragmatic, that I was having the same issues with Microgaming and Play'n go. All they could do is create a "ticket" for there tech dept to look into. Then one day i deposit 50 and i win and go up to 1000$ i take a short break and when i went back my account was block they ask for document and id so i send them everything
At the end they refuse my id card they close my account without right to re open but nowhere on the website its say that my id card is not accepted they keep my 1000$ they refund last deposit and leave me like that
