I'm really happy I took the plunge with Nomisma. From the Senior Account Manager (Glen) through to the Customer Service helpdesk (Anchit, Aditya, Rahul, Bhakti), the assistance that is forthcoming is really fantastic. Replies are fast and follow-ups are immediate if the reply creates another question. Glen is very friendly and is never rushed in phone calls. It's a pleasure chatting and can veer off into general life as well as my requirements for the software.

Being a small practice, buying credits is more cost effective and the software is complete, clear and easy to move around. I particularly like that when I change final accounts, the adjustments are automatically carried through into the tax returns (which I've not had before anyway).

I had to contact Nomisma today and was helped by Anchit who was fantastic! He was extremely patient and took the time to listen and walk me through uploading my receipts and submitting my VAT return. This was a very good and positive experience and I was very happy with the service.

Aditya was a great help activating an alternate currency for a client.

Aditya is brilliant and very patient human. He supported me from start to finish with all issues we had with our opening and closing balance ensuring it matches our bank statement. I have never met a customer service that close to the man. He is composed and professional. always there when you need him and give you time to express yourself. He is a God sent from heaven and has helped me secured my job within the organisation. I can not thank him enough for what he is done for me the last 2 weeks.

The support team are very quick in replying to queries and are very knowledgeable. I really love Nomisma, after using Sage for many years it has been a learning curve but the team at Nomisma have helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

I'm an old chap and computers are not my best friends. My memory is going BUT the help u get from Nomisa is 2nd to none. As it is there software is brilliant but I being old it takes a bit longer to understand. Despite my incapability, the staff are very professionals and conscientious. I will be failing in my own professionalism if I don't mention Anchit. I've no words to say about him or hiw to thank him. He is beyond professionalism.

I love nomisma, great support and the product is really good

I signed up for Nomisma in March 2022. Despite numerous contact to my Account Manager, who only ever seems to send me marketing material, as of 20/12/2022, I am still unable to use the software! All too often I cannot even log!! You have to wait far too long for the one-time password to be emailed and when you do eventually get it and enter it, you then get a message to say you have successfully logged out. It has only been on a rare occasion I have been able to log in. I am still waiting on responses to my queries made earlier in the year, which has meant that I have paid for subscriptions that I cannot use.

The support is good and actively responds to emails really fast. Concise and helpful as well

Nomisma is a user friendly, easy to use accounting software, a solution for all that a business needs, sunmitting VAT returns ( MTD enabled), preparing and submitting of final accounts, Payroll and CIS linked to bookkeeping, self assessment tax returns.
A highly recommended software for any size businesss and accounting practices with great support team.

Easy to operate and user friendly interface .
People in support team are very knowledgeable , helpful and they provide response quickly .

Software itself isn't always very intuitive but Product Support is great - very responsive and helpful, and all advisors and account managers I have ever interacted with really care about users having a positive experience and welcome feedback and suggestions.

my new client wanted to move away from her current payroll provider. Rahul from Nomisma did all the data migration for us and we were able to carry on without interruptions. I also can't praise Aditya enough- he is helpful and knowledgeable.

What I love about Nomisma software it is always adding features and helpful ideas to make my small practice work, yes its quirky on some things and support team are always happy to help.

Anchit from Nomisma support is the superstar of his team. He is always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. :)

Great software for us which helps us immensely with productivity. Being a new software there are some glitches every now and then but then always quick to respond and fix. Excellent customer service as well
