ATTENTION FELLOW CANADIANS! If your shopping at nomnomz and keep your cart low enough it doesn't bump your to the more expensive dhl shipping which always carries import fees! So I find anywhere under 40 GPB typically I can still recieve Royal mail service as a shipping option. I love nomnomz prices I love they're mystery discounted flavours and 120 ml of yes we cheesecake I'm canada costs over 30 CAD @NOMZ it's like 8 GBP so take advantage of they're crazy fast shipping and cheaper flavours you just gotta dig around and cross reference.

Reasonable prices, fast delivery. Will use it again!

Just would like them re-bottled so that it was always possible to choose aroma in a larger quantity, i.e. 120ml instead of, for example, 30ml

This was my first order with Nom Nomz. It was easy to navigate the website. They processed and shipped my order quickly. Because I live in the USA it took about a week and half to receive my order, which is still pretty fast for something going overseas. My only complaint is that a few of the flavorings leaked in transit. But there isn't a whole lot that can be done about that. I deal with that when I order flavorings from here in the states. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Good company, site is good but not great. Several orders, never had any issues.

Sometimes bottles leak a bit but can hardly hold this against them.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this company truly outshines everyone else. I had messed up my order, I was certain I had added an item to my cart but after checking out it appears it was not added to my cart.

I e-mailed them asking to add the missing item to my order and to replace another item with a cheaper one, resulting in a total cost difference of +0.30 GBP.

They ensured me they would make the requested adjustments to my order, and that no additional payment would be needed.

This is great customer service.

I have ordered from nomnomz several times and was always satisfied. Usually very fast delivery.
The last time I ordered I paid as always via wise. This is actually almost automatic and paid immediately.
After 3 days I still hadn't received a confirmation email about the payment so I sent a message to Nomnomz.
According to them this was normal and could take up to 1 week.
I know that transfer can take up to 1 week, but with wise this actually happens immediately and certainly within 1 working day.
After 4 working days I contacted for the second time and got exactly the same answer.
After 7 days again the third attempt.
Then I got the answer that they had over looked the payment and that it had actually arrived after 1 working day.
In short, they were far too lazy to look into their system. Even when I insisted...
But okay.. human error can happen.
What made me especially angry is that I got an email from the director of Nomnomz saying that the shipment was still being sent today (I chose dhl express, it wasn't real express anymore) but oh well. There would be an extra item in the box for the long wait.
The next day I received the order and there was nothing extra in it.. not even a short fill, nothing at all.
This is not clean and I no longer do business with such people.
I order my stuff back on flavourboss! That's what happens when you're stingy!

Couldn't be happier with my second order from Nom-Nomz. There were a couple of issues with my first order (a couple of leakages), however upon contacting them I received a refund for the relevant bottles. This second order arrived in pristine condition. I highly recommend this company, not just for their unbeatable prices, but for their response to issues raised and the measures taken to remedy those issues.

It's my first time I delivery come back tidy but most of the bottles the bottles have been opened the plastic seagulls was broken the citadel broker and the plastic rings were taken off I only had my order yesterday is not an old older like you said not happy now
