Worst Service Ever. The customer service act in a way they will black mail you as far as your money is with them.Dont trust them and doing so will affect your business. The Person dealing on the customer service is pathetic and not professional.

Total disappointment. They just removed all accounts as they are not operating in specific countries. Total nonsense.

stay away . They will promot to you about 2 days payouts and for no reason they will freeze your money for very long time and you cannot do anything about it

I'm struggling to get my money from them

Nomod - for now we use your blocked funds for only 180 days. You must provide evidence that you will never be able to provide. Ha ha ha!

This is the company slogan. my personal opinion based on short-term work with nomod.

Customer service is extremely passive aggressive. Blocked my account without proper explanation, gave me a useless excuse “ payments failed too many times so your account was flagged as high risk” when provided reasoning, they simply wouldn’t hear me. How am I responsible for the error payments of my customers?! I asked to refund everything back to my customers and they kept repeating the same thing like broken record that the funds will be released in November, 2023. I had to take money out of my pocket to fulfill my customers orders. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone, if you’re thinking about doing business with them just know that if there’s something they deem “suspicious” you’re going to get screwed over. They almost ruined my business and my reputation.

really slow transfer time usually 10 days or 7 and invoices really slow its not a got processor and holds money and u have to keep so much info

They contacted me today to use them for our online pet shop and after registering when I reached the nationality stage, I discovered that they don’t accept Syrian nationality! Seriously? If a Syrian with UAE residency and is an investor in Dubai, why you are not accepting him? This is pure discrimination!!

Although I had a problem they fixed it very quickly. Some things could be made more clearly on their website. I'm happy with the resolution.
