Excellent customer service and really helpful

have been very helpful in resolving my situation.

This process was scary at the beginning, but my agent was very understanding as well as thorough. He put me at ease about everything. I had contacted three companies prior to calling Golden Financial Services and NONE of them came close to the assistance GFS offered. I would recommend GFS to anyone who has serious debt worries. Wesley was very helpful, professional, and PATIENT with us. Since I have physical limitations, I could not sit at the computer for the duration. However, my husband did so in my place. He knows very little about computers and Wesley walked him through everything with the "patience of Job". He was excellent! Would that all businesses had employees of his caliber!!

The staff that I spoke to on the phone were very professional and explained the options and program in detail. Only in the start of the program and have more steps to complete. I am relieved that I have a plan for addressing by current debt.

My first contact was MARIELENA ORTIIZ (SUPERVISOR). She was very thorough in explaining the program to me and answered any question that the i had. She is a great asset to your company, treat her well, Marielena is the type of employees that do not come around too often.

Wes was incredibly patient and answered all my questions. I even had my mom get on the phone and ask him a few questions just cause I wanted her seal of approval before I went through with Golden Financial. Signed all the documents last night and I'm finally hopeful for the future in terms of my finances.
I found the company by searching the Better Business Bureaus site and they have an A+ rating. If anything, just give them a call and ask questions. They seem genuinely interested in helping people.
