Even though I had to rearrange the install date a couple times, the team was really helpful and could give me the right spec. sheets to help gain planning permission...plus advice re the site itself. On the day they were brilliant - quite efficient and the ground screw system is amazing, very robust. Also the supplied brackets really easy to work with.

A really great experience through to installation. Elinor in the head office very professional and great communication and advice, great communication from the installation team and coordination with the cabin-builders. Minimal fuss to install 18-20 ground screws. 100% happy and satisfied all round.

Really quick and efficient way of getting foundations in on a rather difficult site! Would highly recommend them to others!

No more digging turned up at 8.30 am prompt and were on site working in next to no time. What I liked was Jason and Miko listened to my views and thoughts around the project and adapted their plan accordingly even though they had to set lines and re-do post position. They were great ! Nothing was a trouble. They worked very well as a team. I was impressed at their professionalism and calmness with all they encountered.
The job now finished looks great with no mess at all. I would thoroughly recommend the company and Jason and Miko in particular who displayed high levels of skills and knowledge.

The team provided a highly professional service and have done a fantastic job. Great communication from start to finish and would highly recommend them. Very tidy work and finished install looks great.

The whole process was good. It had a few problems but that's contracting and things were resolved. The team were good and put in 16 piles and a timber sub frame in one day which now gives me a head start for my garden room .

we have a possible flooding problem here in Hayling Island, and a slight slope at the end of the garden, therefore not an easy task, so I thought, however from day one I was assured this would not be a problem for ground screws. Within four hours, James and Alex erected a 12ft x10ft base 12'' above the ground on 9 screws. Fabulous technology, no digging no mess, I cant reccomend South coast' no more digging' enough. A great team who know what they are doing, polite and considerate, and tidy, you can ask for no more, if I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD

Big thanks to the No More Digging Exeter team! They managed to squeeze my two projects in and got everything done and dusted in time. Matt was very helpful and gave me some good advice regarding the platform, etc. I would be happy to use them again.

I have had a 6 meter by 4 meter base for a garden work shop installed with 20 ground screws the men turned up at the time they said and got on with the install straight away they were very polite and explained everything and I was surprised to see the quality of the screws, they are better than they look on the computer screen they are very easy to adjust to be in line as one had to be moved to avoid a obstruction in the ground.
A first rate installation and I would recommend to anyone that needs a base for a building and not a muddy foot print in sight.

Matt and his team recently installed some heavy duty ground screws for a large workshop we were building. Using the groundscrews was fast and efficient and took away the need for a concrete slab meaning we could build quicker, cheaper and have less environmental impact. I wanted to erect a log cabin on sloping ground. No More Digging offered a solution of wooden frame base bolted to Radix ground screws which was quick to install and meant no need for concrete. Whole job was done in half a day. Jordan answered all my questions in advance of installers Joe and Jamie who did a great job, arriving on time, explaining everything and tidied up. Would use their services again.

Unfortunately the first installer team did not know how to use tape measures, understand straight lines or read technical diagrams, (despite so much back and forth communication with between their office and my architect) which meant they installed the screw piles in the wrong locations, each screw pile was more than 100mm off centre (some of them way more off).

Once these errors had be noticed by me late morning, it turned out they had only brought the exact amount of 2m piles to the job and claimed they did not have the 'reverse head' and so could not the remove the incorrectly placed piles (a director from the company told me this was a lie in an apologetic phone call we had the following day) so the job could not be completed on the day.

The installers also got pretty hot under the collar and half threatened to walk off the job when their mistakes were pointed out, really unprofessional attitude.

The mistakes was rectified by a skilled team who came at the end of the week, however this error has added minimum of 2 weeks to the build as the whole chain of contractors had to be rebooked due to having to wait three days for the pile placement mistakes to be sorted out.

I've paid the invoice as the work is now complete but I'm not a happy customer.

They were personable, extremely efficient and professional. The job was completed in less than four hours to an extremely high standard. The complete process was seamless from contacting Luke, to the plans drawn up, with suggestions, to completion.
