Worst company I've ever delt with. They took advantage of a Disabled Veteran with a TBI head injury by telling him one thing and having him sign a contract that he could not process due to being blown up in Army and many years in wounded warrior hospital. Now his PTSD is triggered due to the worker promising a $1 trial and then billing him astronomical monthly payments locked into a year or a $279+ fee for initial treatment which they didn't finish due to his service dog and our pets in house and in yard. Absolutely unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful!!

I hope that my review will prevent any more people from getting scammed by this company. Everything I write for a review is based on truthful facts and not opinion. I purchased BEYOND Second skin which helps conceal under-eye circles. I received the item and tried it twice but only after I read all of the information and watched the suggested videos. After trying the product for 3 times, I decided that it was not worth $100 or even $25 and requested a refund as promised on the commercial and as written in the company’s T&C’s. I requested an RMA number and sent the item back with the RMA#, my contact information (including the email used on the account) and also my phone number along with a tracking number so I would know exactly when the returned item was received. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE BACK IN FEBRUARY 2023. Today is May 18, 2023 and I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’ve sent so many emails asking for my refund, demanding they pay me or I’ll take them to court; attempted many phone calls, but every time I called, I was sent to voicemail by the automated greeting. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY PLANS TO TRY THIS PRODUCT AND RETURN IT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! YOU WILL LOSE THE $100 IT COST YOU ALONG WITH THE SHIPPING COSTS TO SEND IT BACK! You will end up losing the money because the product is another gimmick, probably put on from a company located in the Orient. It does not work, for anyone! I even had a friend try it out and the same thing happened - NO RESULTS and her under-eye circles are barely noticeable. It was as if once I asked for an RMA number, the company suddenly disappeared or stopped taking my calls. One of the my emails generated an email response stating that my email addresses was blocked by the merchant. THIS IS DISGUSTING! I also was able to find out that their reviews on their website are not authentic.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AND THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU, TOO, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD! How dare someone steal from any customer! I am fed -up with these scams and I will be on a mission to shut down these types of organizations who scam innocent buyers. Thank you.
