Terrible

We were very much looking forward to getting our grass replaced with nomow due to two female dogs burning the lawn. After some initial positive conversations with Steph we booked a date and I took time off work to be on site. Steph then left her role and handed over to Agnes who I contacted with some queries and confirmation of the date as we had not received any further request for a deposit that we were expecting and the start date was 10 days away. Multiple calls and deadlines missed she finally rang. When I asked for an apology to her not responding to requests to discuss our order, I simply got lots of reasons around how busy she was and how they mostly dealt with commercial contracts. She then said she didn’t think it was going to be worth it and within 60 seconds she had cancelled our order. I have never had customer service like it and never had to write a one star review. Avoid this company. Shocking service.

No sign of order in 2 weeks

I ordered some artificial grass edging on 27th May 2023. Whilst the order process was straight forwardand confirmation email was swift, since then NOTHING. The first time I called NoMow a partner company in the same building took my call saying they would call me back. NOTHING. Sent an email. NOTHING. Called a second time, was told there may have been an issue processing with in house couriers but was assured it would be sent and dispatch email would follow. NOTHING. Just sent another email to ask where my order is. may update my score if I get my product.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS

We've been using NoMow for about 10 years now at our childrens nurseries in the north east. They are just finishing a big 3 week job for us now and once again we are totally impressed with them. The product (artificial lawn) is great and the craftsmanship is superb. Our nursery gardens take a pounding from over a hundred pairs of little feet every day, and we've never had an issue. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best.
