Items purchased in October 2025 did not fit and, like other customers was offered everything except a refund. Posted the returned items in December 2025 at a £20 cost to me as instructed and my parcel was returned after three months. My emails are not returned. This is a scam do not use this company.
I purchased a pair of boots which do not fit, I requested their return address and a full refund which they have refuse. It seems they do not offer full refunds but willing to offer 10% refund, choose something else to the same value and pay delivery, or 50% credit on their store.
This is totally unacceptable, do not buy from this company
Avoid this company, I ordered a woollen coat, which is the wrong size, I’ve requested a return by sending several emails, and have had no response
Received order which was not as described and of inferior material to what was described on their website. Been trying for several weeks to gain information on how to return the garment and a full refund— all I get is an offer for a discount off my next purchase which I do not want!
