Really good pasta
Really good pasta, maybe slightly expensive, but you can tell it’s fresh and quality ingredients. Highly recommend especially if you can get a refer a friend offer. A really strong 4/5.

Lovely tasting pasta
Lovely tasting pasta, does taste homemade and very good quality. Had the best Tuscan Gnocchi dish last week ever, you could taste the depth of flavour in the slow cooked beef sauce. Had a few teething issues with how box treated during delivery but Nonna Tondo resolved swiftly & refunded the mis treated box. Overall very happy 😊
Although it isn't the cheapest way to eat pasta but the time saving quality of ingredients, pasta & depth of flavour make up for that.

The delivery system is excellent
The delivery system is excellent. Customer service is also highly responsive and kind. At their best, the recipes are excellent.
The vegetarian options aren't good value however and there should be options for fewer portions

Delicious Pasta Meals
I’m really enjoying the pasta from Nonna Tonda. The meals are restaurant standard and all so far have been really tasty. Portions are generous and the food is super quick to prepare. The delivery service works well - in my area it comes with Abel and Cole (organic fruit and veg), perfect.

Missing deliveries, no refunds, forced sales.
The product is fine - but I made several complaints following poor service (successive missing deliveries). Having received no comeback, I cancelled my subscription.
A number of months later I was called to reconsider my subscription and was told about changes the company had made. Having agreed to 'take another look' with a discount applied to potential, future orders that I could choose - I was very surprised to find out my account had been reopened with weekly deliveries - despite no interaction from me other than a non-committal phone call. I will not use again.

Poor service and unauthorised payments taken
The pasta itself was okay. Some dishes were genuinely tasty, while others were disappointing. However, the main reason I’m leaving this review is the poor service and the way my subscription was handled.
After previously cancelling my subscription because I didn’t feel it was worth the fee, I was cold-called by a member of staff who offered me a coupon to give the service another try, explaining that they had introduced new dishes and improved the platform. I agreed, under the impression that I would simply be able to place an order when I wanted and select my pasta as normal.
Instead, a payment was taken from my account and a delivery was processed without my knowledge, authorisation or consent. My card details were still stored on the platform, and they were used to take payment despite me not agreeing to this purchase. This was certainly not clearly communicated.
While the pasta is generally good quality, this is now the third issue I’ve experienced with the service. As I did not place or authorise this order, I requested a refund on two separate occasions. Seven days later, I’m still waiting for a response from their support team.
The food may be decent, but the customer service and handling of payments have been extremely disappointing. I certainly won’t be using the service again.

What happened here initially is that the even though the cancellation confirmation was sent the account remained active by mistake which triggered a new payment and order. The way this was handled and the confusion that arose from this incident is also not normal practice for us and I would like to apologise for the experience you've had here.
I have located your account and refunded your last payment as well as the previous payment also as an apology for these errors. We're sorry this has been your experience, but appreciate you trying the service.
Very tasty pasta delivery
Delicious pasta, delivery has been perfectly as presented, really easy to skip deliveries and change the choice of pasta. I've had about 4 deliveries, I've not yet tried the packaging return option or cancelling the service. I plan to continue using Nonna Tonda for the time being. My only issue was when signing up - my first choice of email address (a slightly less common email domain) wasn't accepted by their system.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Tried the pasta at an event, was delicious, so signed up. Box was supposed to come Monday, it didn't come, was told it would come Tuesday but Monday would be our day going forward. Tuesday, no box, was told would come Wednesday and to throw away, nevver came. Fresh box sent Thursday, great we thought, half the order wrong. Only at this point dud they offer a refund. Needless to say I emailed to cancel, they replied to say orders would be going ahead as normal… phoned and eventually cancelled. The pasta was average and a but faffy! Wouldn't recommend. Custoner service and delivery needs improvement.

We’re very sorry that your first experience with Nonna Tonda was so disappointing, particularly after you’d enjoyed the pasta at an event and decided to give us a try. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter one problem after another from the very first delivery.
When your account was initially set up, there was a technical error with the delivery-day set-up. Although you were correctly told that Monday would be your regular delivery day, your first order was incorrectly scheduled for Tuesday. Once this was identified, we advised that the delivery would arrive on Tuesday this week.
Unfortunately, the courier then reported that they had been unable to complete the Tuesday delivery, so a fresh replacement box was arranged for Thursday.
The Thursday delivery was successfully made, but unfortunately there then appears to have been a separate packing error, meaning some of the dishes in the box were incorrect. As soon as this was reported to us, the order was refunded and the account was cancelled as requested.
We’re also very sorry for the confusion around the cancellation and that this added further frustration to an already disappointing experience.
All of these issues very rarely occur, and we’re genuinely sorry that you experienced this particularly unfortunate combination of problems on your very first delivery. This is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have when trying Nonna Tonda for the first time.
Thank you for giving Nonna Tonda a try and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We really do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to understand what went wrong.

This pasta is amazing
This pasta is amazing. I have been having it delivered weekly for a while now and every recipe is top drawer. We have never had a bad meal. The puddings are top too. Thankyou and fully recommend.

Excellent Food & Customer Service
The pasta is excellent but what really does impress me is the customer service from anyone you talk to.
I have had a couple of issues with deliveries but this was handled so professionally and this has now been resolved. They also love feedback and take it really constructively, it's great when they tell you that they have heard certain things before and they are looking at it. Not everyone would admit to that.
