Asked to wait 10 weeks for an 'in stock item'
Placed an order on 20 April 2026 for an item claimed to be in stock - its now 2 June and I've been old it will be another 4 weeks.
If I had know, I would have purchased elsewhere.

They had the right gearbox oil for my…
They had the right gearbox oil for my suzuki vitara could not find any in most motor factors i tried in Dublin Ireland not only was it the right oil but better price than I could get poorer quality for in Ireland I ordered Saturday had it delivered by Wednesday I'm very happy with the service and will use again . I was a bit worried about packing as it was 3 ×1lt bottles of oil but I have to say the packing was second to none well packed full credit to this company keep up the good work.

Ordered some paints I had been…
Ordered some paints I had been searching for, which I could only find on the CROP website. I noticed it was far from my country, Portugal, but decided to trust that everything would be fine, as I have rarely had problems with other sites.
I added some masks and a waterproof sandpaper set to the order and went ahead with the purchase. I was not in a hurry to receive the products, so I was not counting the days until they arrived in Portugal.
Everything arrived a couple of weeks later via UPS. I even postponed the delivery by one day so I could be home to receive it. The package was very well prepared, with all products securely packed inside. Everything was exactly as expected, and I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

expensive delivery and poor delivery
Ordered on website on Tuesday really expensive delivery charges as comes from Netherlands got email that will be delivered Friday (today) have taken day off to receive just had notification been now rescheduled for next week Tuesday possibly. Not worth the hassle for saving a couple of quid stay clear.

The charges you are referring to relate to import costs and not shipping costs. Import costs may consist of customs duties, value added tax and possible handling fees charged by local customs authorities or the carrier when goods enter the country.
As our company is based in the Netherlands, orders shipped to the United Kingdom can be subject to these additional charges since the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union following Brexit.
Please note that these import charges are not calculated, collected or charged by us. They remain the responsibility of the customer. This information is also clearly stated on our website prior to completing an order.
We have requested UPS to return the parcel to our warehouse. Once the shipment has been received, we will proceed with processing your refund.

I appreciate the response
I appreciate the response, however I still feel the situation has been handled poorly. The original order was significantly delayed, I incurred unexpected import charges, and I then received the wrong product.
I do not have a UPS or suitable drop-off centre anywhere near me, so returning the item myself is not practical. The easiest and most reasonable way forward is for the company to arrange collection of the incorrect item directly from my address at your cost.
At this stage, I believe that is the fairest solution given the delays and issues already experienced.
