Cordiale il responsabile con cui ho parlato al telefono x concordare la spedizione. Purtroppo le staffe x condizionatore arrivate non erano della misura prevista (53 cm invece di 60). Non avendo tempo x restituirle mio marito si è insegnato a prolungare...un peccato!

Confermiamo che le staffe NON sono da 60 cm ma è esattamente ciò che avete ordinato. Siamo contenti che avete comunque risolto il problema ma non è stato causato da noi.

Bella esperienza, consegna tempestiva, mi hanno mandato il miscelatore con la doccetta diversa da quella in foto, però subito dopo di che ho contattato il venditore, mi hanno spedito anche quella giusta. Consigliato!!!
