Have since heard from Olga with a tracking link.....thankyou, she deserves a medal.....although the parcel is not yet in transit.
It is now 29 March....and still the product is not in transit. I am disgusted with this lack of service.

Better clarity, better sleep...
I compare using Nubroo to that feeling when you put your glasses on after just having cleaned them! Like a realisation that things are just brighter and clearer. My energy is good, sleep soundly and don't get mid afternoon slumps. At 55, happy with that!

Best drink for my mam
My mam has been using the noobru advantage drink for a few weeks now and I can already see the difference she is getting old and was starting to lose her memory and has signs of early on set dementia I moved in with her to give her full time care a few years ago but I mean it this miracle drink is working for her she's more alert in the mornings the conversations are more fluid and she is not getting muddled as often so thankyou noobru godbless ..Chris and Patricia (my mam) from Dublin Ireland ❤️

Much too expensive for a product that has provided no benefit
I have been using this product for three months and do not see any improvement in my memory or my energy level, none. And for $107 for a three month shipment I’m just not sure it’s a good investment of my cash.
Also, over the last few weeks as my supply was getting lower, I’ve been getting reminder emails about ordering more supplies way too often! Multiple emails per week, even though I was on a subscription renewal. Not happy about that either.

Oh man! Hitting my 60’s sure came with some struggles. One being the ability to think. The struggle to remember anything. Think through normal things as an accountant. Advantage has helped me tremendously with all that. I won’t go without it now.

Beware of subscriptions
We ordered noobru and the first shipment was okay. So the second time we ordered it the powder in the packets was all clumped and we couldn’t pour it out. I called customer service and they told me to sort out the two hundred packets I had ordered and return the defective ones. I told them I would not take the time to go through all the packets so I did return them for a refund. I just was charged another $200 and they shipped me 200 more packets that I did not order. I had cancelled my auto refill when I spoke with their customer service but they refilled it anyway.? I do not like companies where the ordering defaults to a subscription and you have to jump through hoops to cancel it.

First of all, thanks so much for reaching out and for highlighting the issues with your subscription and original order. It's such a shame we were so far off the mark, but hopefully after having spoken to us things are now settled and resolved for you!
Just to be clear, I'm pleased we were able to organise the return of the original order, it certainly sounds like this was the right resolution for you in the end. We did want to offer a replacement for anything you felt wasn't up to scratch to make up for the original issue, but I can see why this didn't work for you.
In terms of your subscription renewing, there is two things going on here:
- We cannot see any previous communication referencing or requesting a subscription cancellation. We would always follow through with a cancellation request if we're asked, but there's multiple options you have to take advantage of including a pause or a reduction in quantity. From the looks of it, you set yourself up for a subscription that renewed once every 3 months, and this is what happened on the second order.
- We absolutely do not try to make managing your subscription difficult. We've dedicated an entire management portal to adjusting your subscription on our website: www.noobru.com
If there is anything that we can clarify at all on managing your subscription (which now looks to have been cancelled), please don't hesitate to reach out and ask. It would genuinely never be an inconvenience or an issue.
We do hope to one day see you return, but if there's anything else we can do you know where to find us!

This product has helped me with recall
This product has helped me with recall, focus and generally being more alert and aware. I would highly recommend it. I'm on my 4th box. I'm a senior citizen and often forgot why I went into a room or where I left my phone, keys etc. Since taking Noobru this has very definitely improved.

I ordered from these guys about a year…
I ordered from these guys about a year ago and I couldn’t find where I could write a review… I saw the name come up when I was researching memory supplements.
First it took almost a month before I got the packages and when I did they were hard powder. I was very disappointed. Then on top of that, it didn’t work. I do not recommend this product.

Your order certainly shouldn't have taken a month to arrive with you and that's disappointing to hear. Are you certain the delivery itself was delayed? We'd love to investigate what's happened there.
In terms of the hard powder, that also doesn't sound right - the powder should free flowing, although we have heard of instances where the sachets are either compressed or affecting by humid conditions when stored away at home. The effectiveness should not be affected, but it can prove a little more difficult to mix into your water.

I not only love the flavor, it also works! I’d tried another company’s product, and it actually made me worse. So I researched different products, and this one seemed to be #1. I tried it, and I use it everyday and it boosts my brain - both memory and focus, as advertised! I definitely and highly recommend this product!

Charging for shipments I didn’t order.
I have used this product for years. I had a horrible time setting up the annual renewal in November and was concerned about future orders because of the difficulty in placing the order. They assured me my fears were unfounded and then roughly 3 months later they have charged my credit card $300+ for another annual shipment.

Previous Dumbo re emerges
I was known as Dumbo as elephants never forget. Now aged 82 still working as haematology Technology consultant I have been enjoying Noobru for 3 years and my memory has continued to improve, on a recent vacation to the UK visiting my younger brother it become very clear how much family news he had forgotten and my memories were crystal clear.I enjoy Sudoku and he can usually finish extreme puzzles in half the time it takes me,this time I finished long before him so Noobru thank you.I would encourage anyone thinking about starting Noobru not to hesitate. I have discussed with my 2 GPs and orthopedic consultant and all 3 agreed it's a safe excellent product.
