7 month wait time for Titration appointment with time frames constantly getting pushed back and me having to chase. Very little communication. Now I have started titration I had to chase for my second appointment so have been without medication.

After several emails and complaints I still am awaiting a reply as to why my Titration medication appointment is taking so long. I am 12 months in to my right to choose NHS pathway now.
Now this! I received an email saying you’ve changed your name. Yet you fail to provide support or treatment for your existing clients. It’s gone beyond frustrating! It’s playing with people’s health . My next step will be reporting a complaint to the Health service Ombudsman.

Everyone has been kind and friendly.
Quick responses and helpful guidance.
Forms and questionnaires and long and time-consuming, but thorough and effective.
Very quick to get a first appointment and diagnosis. Staff are helpful and really nice. Application process is a tad long but that’s only to be expected. Titration wait is incredibly long.
Noodle health is just reputation washing for the failing Care ADHD.
I selected this provider via the NHS Right to Choose pathway because they explicitly advertised a 12-week wait time. Instead, I was left waiting for 11 months. When I raised a formal complaint about this delay, it was met with rudeness and no change, the company did not follow the standard NHS complaint-handling procedure.
When I finally reached the titration phase, the administrative chaos continued. They sent conflicting appointment times to myself and the doctor. I have now received just one month of medication, but because their booking team cannot agree on how to schedule my follow-up, my titration has ground to a halt.
The entire operation is in constant chaos. They are fundamentally incapable of delivering a safe, reliable service, and worst of all, the staff show complete complacency and fail to recognise that there are any issues at all. Avoid.

Great initially. But do not respond to emails for appointments or shared care.
Chat facility was not helpful and gave me a generic response. Phone number had a long wait for anyone to answer.
Response to trustpilot review was generic, rather than looking into my issue.

So they have the time and resources to do a whole questionable rebrand (‘Noodle’, really?!), but not to hire and process more pathways for their patients. I’ve been waiting since April for titration.
What’s worse is: they say new patients will wait less time than the ones already on their hands (fair? Not at all. Realistic? I doubt it). What a scam to get more people attached to your service and waste their time.

Very professional and easy to understand the process well explained I was made to feel at ease and very comfortable to talk about all my issues.
Great service all around
I’ve been waiting since April for a titration appointment, after being diagnosed.
I’ve contacted them a few times but I never get a response.
I suppose they prioritise private patients, as they pay more.
This is the cost of the private sector doing what should be fulfilled by the NHS.
I’m on the verge of giving up and going to another company.

I found communication and service woeful. We’ve been strung along and kept repeatedly waiting. Told time and time again the wait is 12 weeks. So we dutifully wait 12 weeks I need to find it’s a further 12 weeks wait. Now approaching a year since diagnosis. I deeply regret choosing CareADHD under right to choose. Six months ago, and 3 months ago it appeared like it was going be quicker to stay with them, rather than go to another provider but they have yet again let us down again and again. Please avoid…. their website wait times and talk of ‘honesty’ is pure fiction. A complaint is going into the NHS about our treatment and I hope this review can save you from the same awful experience.

I was made to feel very relaxed throughout the assessment
I was diagnosed in June 2026 and was told that it would be 2-2.5 months until my titration appointment. I have been told now in October (already 4 months since my diagnosis) that I will now be waiting for a total of 8-9.5 months between my diagnosis and titration appointment.
Further to this, it took 1.5 months for amendments to be made to my initial outcome report with me having to send multiple follow up emails before a response was given. My GP received my outcome report at the end of September, 3.75 months after my diagnosis.
I filed a formal complaint with Noodle Heatlh (formerly Care ADHD) and their complaint response gave no concrete reason for ballooning wait time just saying it was "overall demand and capacity pressures" and the timeline "reflected the processing stages required at the time".
Explain how it takes 4.5 months to email out some forms, and a further 5.5 months for an appointment to be booked if there is allegedly "no evidence of that new patients are being prioritised ahead of patients already waiting"? It's just a complete mismanagement shambles. There appears to be systemic failures within Noodle Health that affects us, their patients.
Noodle Health were previously Care ADHD, having recently changed their name. I suggest checking out reviews on trustpilot under their old name.

My experience with CARE was excellent.
My assessor was attentive, understanding and patient.
Thank you for your help and for providing much clarity in my ADHD assessment report.

The process from referral to diagnosis was impressively quick; it took under a month. My assessor, Hume, immediately put me at ease and had a warm and professional manner throughout.
The only difficulty was the internet connection which meant that I struggled to hear her questions at times and had to ask her to repeat. I don’t think this was a problem on my end as I regularly have teams meetings without difficulty. It would be great if this issue could be remedied as it made communication a bit trickier and more stressful at points as I worried it would affect my diagnosis.
Nevertheless, they were very thorough; I got my diagnosis at the end of the meeting and received a detailed report within a week.

I used right to choose and my report of diagnosis came 7 days after my assesment. they kept me fully updated when the was a founding freeze on the NHS then when finally contact the assesment was arranged with in days.
