I bought an item and it was never sent

I purchased an item on February 3rd with the priority shipping option because I would be in a hotel in Newark from the 7th to the 11th. I calculated that I would receive the item before it even got there.
On the same day I received information that it had already been sent and the tracking number.
I have been following the order since the 6th and the only information I have from the carrier is that only the label was created and the item was never dispatched.
Since that day I have had no further communication from them.
