Been buying from them for years with no issues

Wanting to return breast pumps, I did not return because of the cost 91.00 us. To send them back, there should be some kind of return label sent with item. Nearly what I paid for them in the first place plus me having to pay shipping on exchange as well. So I'm stuck with something I can't use.

The product is solid but their customer support is atrocious. No reply despite numerous messages over the course of a month both via their website and replying to an initial message they sent me when it was about to be delivered. There was a hairline fracture in my cups upon delivery and I was asking for a replacement set the size up, happy to pay the difference.

There was a large delay in shipping but, they had kept in contact with me the entire time. Even offered me a full refund just in case I wanted to cancel. Other than that, the cups have been working great so far. I am seeing a little bit of results.

My product was never delivered and when I messaged customer service, they told me “what seems to be the problem it has been delivered” I will no longer be a customer

Just bought this. Everything came as ordered. It's pretty easy to use. Works well so far. Suction definitely works. We'll see how the results are in a couple months.

The overall system is fine, but the silicone rings were poorly made...the silicone on both rings was fused together like it had been left on a hot stove, and leaked when I eventually managed to separate each one and fit them them to the cups. Poor quality control.

Excellent product, quick service, overall a good experience

The Cups are great quality, and don’t crack under vacuum like the cheaper ones, the whole system is very well made. Will we use again, a definite yes.

The product came in tact and complete in about three months due to delays, but I am very happy.

Order took almost 3 months to arrive and then one of the items still hasn't shown up. Contrary to their reply below, I did email in and was told it was on backorder. The item was on backorder for an order that was on backorder for almost 3 months? seriously?

Cups are difficult to position and stay on while trying to use the pump. Need to re-pump numerous times during session.

Made stretch marks worse.

I think the only things getting bigger are my forearms from using the pump!

First they were out of stock of the cups I ordered. After 2 weeks I inquired what was the delay. They offered to ship a different variation of the cups—I said sure. When they arrived, it turns out they were too large. I'm exchanging them for the next size down. But it cost over $30 to send (without a tracking number—it would have cost over $80 to send back if I were to get a tracking number!) So now I am still waiting for them to receive my returned item before they can ship the (hopefully) correct item to me. They were also out of stock of an accessory that I ordered—which I really hope will be in stock by they time they ship my replacement. I hope this ultimately gets resolved to my satisfaction, but I am presently pretty unhappy with this company. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the sales person has been very cordial in her correspondence. But I wonder how many other customers have had similar experiences. It might help if they had a U.S. distributor.

I wanted to give it 4 stars because the dispatch took an unexpectedly long time and I was only informed after placing the order that the items were not in stock. But I am convinced of the quality and it seems to work, it certainly made someone very happy.
