I am incredibly disappointed with my experience as a repeat customer.
My first order for these tea bags was fulfilled without issue. When I ran out, I placed a second order, trusting I would receive the same product.
Instead, the company waited until the very last day of the delivery window to surprise me with a cancellation notice. The reason given was a sudden "quality issue."
This excuse is not believable and is frankly insulting. If there was a genuine quality issue, it should have been identified and the product listing removed long before I placed my order, or certainly before they waited days to process it. This is clearly a cover for an inventory or logistics failure.
This practice is unacceptable because:
It wastes the customer's time: I relied on this delivery and now have to source the product elsewhere.
It destroys trust: Using a "quality issue" as a blanket excuse for their own operational failures makes me question their integrity.
I cannot recommend a company that handles its supply chain problems in such a dishonest and customer-unfriendly way. I will be taking my business elsewhere. and until now they have not returned my money back

This was my first time ordering from noon. I didn’t have money in my card and I only had cash at the moment. The delivery guy came and demanded the money first and then he would hand out my package. If you think your customers would run away with the package without paying please think twice. This is very unprofessional and weird.

WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM. I HATE THEM SO MUCH. they canceled my order, even though I was waiting for it, and then they said it was because no one answered the door when I checked the app it showed me that the driver was still at the shop. Turns out their tracker service was glitching, and it didn’t show me that the driver was at my house, why? because this big million dirham company couldn’t provide their driver with data so his tracking location could be accurate. How insane is that. Oh and the driver is not even allowed to call me. What the hell is this kind of service it’s the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. The driver is not at fault. It’s the company who is at fault. They’re the worst. they pretend as if they’re one of the best in the UAE but they’re the worst I’ve dealt. None of the delivery apps have been as bad as noon. I’ve never had a good experience with noon and they’ve lost a customer that actually gave them a chance more than once and I will never ever ever give them a chance again because they’re the worst DELIVERY company I’ve ever worked with the issue is not with the drivers and it will never be with the drivers it’s with the company because they’ll do anything to take your money and pretend as if they have these products when they don’t and then they provide you with the worst service possible and the worst customer care ever I would not recommend buying from noon. They’re the worst.

If I was able to put zero I could have done that .
I bought a mobile from noon supermall and after using 1st day I felt phone is slow and has some issues so return the mobile and claim refund they replied stating there is no technical issue found
And once I receive the box again mobile was on and it’s too hot and there was scratch till I thought may be by mistakenly it happen however try to login the mobile as I created the new email for the new mobile I forgot the password and I give the forgot passport to login the email it’s asking back up email and when I check the backup email someone else and I got so scared and try to go back again try to login same it’s showing the same back up email someone else so I raise the complain and since 8 days customer care staff and supervisors are giving me fake promises and playing me around when ever I raise the complain the manager is cancelling stating no issue . When I am call center staff I need to explain the problem again and again every person really torched. I cannot do anything with a mobile . Worst service

I bought something that is false advertised and I do not believe that Noon tried to solve it. All I received is that "no exchange or replacement". I don't want to do either exchange or replace but other than to receive what I paid for. I do not want to return it because it's not worth the hassle and I'm not sure if I get full refund back to my card since there is no free shipment involved. Plus if they offer credit instead of refund, I would NOT BUY anything from their website. They do not honor what is shown on their website from deceiving sellers. If you cannot protect customers, get out of the business please. Chinese sites like Aliexpress, Temu, etc. help you 100% and I made a mistake buying from NOON.

Well, your team offered me to do the return by going to a shipping company, pay for the return shipment, send the copy of the shipment payment, wait for your return department to check the returned item, then hopefully if everything is fine, I will get a refund as she mentioned less than what I paid for credited on my account to buy another item and HOPEFULLY this time I get it right!!!

Bought protien powder from noon and seller was Dr nutrition. It arrived in 4 days, but the seal was tampered. Bottle looks old and seems like a used bottle filled with something. When contacted noon, they don’t care. After several followup, They asked me to send it back from kuwait to uae on my own, means I need to again spent more money to check whether I will get a refund. Pathetic. My first experience with noon. Never again.

I paid 340 SAR for Dymatize 100% Whey from Noon. On their site, the product image showed full authentic labeling and details. But what I received had nothing written on it and looked completely suspicious.
I filed a complaint through Super Mall, provided all proof, and requested a 2x refund. Instead of helping, they simply rejected my claim.
This feels like a scam. Noon is selling products that don’t match their listings, and when customers complain, they refuse to take responsibility.
⚠️ Be warned – if you care about your health and money, do NOT buy supplements from Noon. They cannot be trusted.

My advise to customers taking orders from noon. Never ever order furniture from noon. 1st they will delay without update, second they will cancel without your consent. It is the worst customer service when it comes to furniture delivery.
I just want to express my feelings about Noon. After waiting almost 3 weeks, a day before my order was supposed to arrive, they suddenly canceled it without any explanation or reason why they canceled it. Depending on Noon for most of my on-line purchases, but recently I purchased a chair for my husband as a gift and sadly I received a different chair than the one I ordered. Called to ask for a replacement. At first, they refused to do that. After a 2 days calls and arguments they agreed to within 6 days. It’s been more than 6 days, no contact, no replacement and not even an option of refund! So basically I am stuck with a smaller and MUCH cheaper chair than the one I ordered! Noon just lost a customer who spends thousands each year on their website

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your service.
I placed a food order while I was in a different location, then immediately canceled it and placed a new order with the correct address. Unfortunately, I was charged twice—once for the canceled order and once for the new one. However, one order was canceled, and the other one failed, and I did not receive any food.
When I contacted your chat support, I was told that refunds are not possible as per company policy. I requested that the agent contact the restaurant directly, but I was told it was not their responsibility and they could not assist me. The agent said a complaint was filed and that I would receive a call within 2 hours—but no one called.
I then contacted Noon customer service by phone, and each representative told me the issue was not under Noon Food, and again, no one was able to help. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been charged for food I never received, and your support team has shown very poor customer service.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this order. I placed my order 6 days ago, and the promised delivery time was 1 day. Yet, the order has still not been delivered.
When I selected Noon Locker at Al Ghurair for delivery, I later received a call from a representative who said the locker was not working and insisted they would deliver it to my address — but the message was communicated in a very rude way.
The staff showed no willingness to listen or handle the issue professionally. This is not acceptable, and it shows a lack of proper customer care and delivery management.
I am highly disappointed and expect this issue to be resolved immediately.

I ordered a JBL speaker that was clearly advertised to include 2 free JBL wireless microphones. Upon delivery, the microphones were missing.
I contacted your team and was told to wait 3 business days. After that, I was offered two completely unreasonable options:
Return the entire item and get a refund
Accept a refund of just 50 DHS
This is not acceptable. The issue is very simple: you advertised and sold a product that includes two microphones. You are legally and ethically required to fulfill the complete order as promised.
Offering a partial refund or asking me to return the product for your error is not a solution — it’s an attempt to avoid responsibility.
I am requesting again:
➤ Please send the two JBL wireless microphones that were promised in the product description.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and report the misleading sales practice.

I’ll share my experience with this company, before 2 months I ordered multi mineral supplements for my mom, after she started taking this supplements my sister told me sometimes they use pork gelatin for encapsulation. I contacted the mother company and asked them if the gelatine source was from pork and they confirmed they used pork+bovine for encapsulation… as a Muslim I was so furious and violated because this company based in a Muslim country and they supposed to know the source of the products they sell and I trusted them for that unfortunately they refused to return the items because its been 2 months although I contacted them directly by emails and no one helped…
My advice don’t trust them at all
