Liked the look and fit of their cargo trousers. Price seemed more than fair.

Took a chance and love them! Got 4 pairs now in different colours!!!

Ordered for the first time. And arrived on time, was slightly small so got an exchange. Adam was so helpful and sorted everything.

Ordered Christmas present, received the wrong item so emailed and sent pictures of the incorrect item delivered. Adam organised the correct item I ordered to be sent out which was received the next day, he also arranged for prepaid postage so I could sent the incorrect item back to them, very prompt customer service.

Excellent company. Cargos are a great fit and high quality. First time ordering, and will definitely be buying from them again.

Do not buy! They are ignoring my request for a return. Have had to initiate chargeback with bank. Do not believe positive reviews on here, especially when they mention how someone called 'Adam' is super responsive with returns and exchanges. You have been warned.

Ordered a pair of cargo joggers which ended being too small for me. Sent Adam an email requesting an exchange and in a matter of days my exchange was sent out to me with Adam being very helpful throughout the process on guiding me how to send the items back and what to include. Will definitely order more in the future as it was an easy process and the cargo joggers and very comfortable and can easily be worn on a daily basis

This was my first time ordering from Noon. I received my parcel within a few days. The quality of the clothing was immaculate and I really loved the designs of the cargos I ordered. The size S was a bit too on the tight side. I emailed Noon to return and exchange, and received simple, easy to follow instructions in a friendly manner. I returned the products and within a couple of days, I received the desired size. It's clear this company put customer service above anything else. Keep it up Noon.

The size I ordered was slightly smaller, I sent a request for the next size up and the exchange was seamless as can be. In the original order there was a card there to explain returns and exchange procedure as well.

The items themselves are excellent quality and great for casual or more formal wear

I had an issue where I wanted to exchange for a larger size, however the size I wanted wasn’t in stock. I chatted frequently via email with Adam, who was amazing in supporting me and gave me plenty of options including waiting for restock or getting a full refund.

He kept me up to date with accurate timelines and these were hit comfortably. The customer service I received is amazing and I will be using Noonclo again

The customer service with this company is exceptional, I ordered the wrong size and they have been in contact the whole way through from returning to sending the correct size out to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and the quality of the clothing is excellent

I ordered the cargo joggers and the delivery was really fast. Unfortunately, they didn’t suit me, but I’ve got to say the quality felt great. I contacted Noon and dealt with Adam—he was super helpful and I received a full refund without any hassle. Definitely recommend!

Purchased 3 cargo pants.

Originally the size was wrong, so emailed Adam, who messaged back within the day and gave me the address to send back off. Got the new size within the week (it was bank holiday Monday). The pants are really good quality, will struggle to find the same kind of style elsewhere. The only criticism I have is the fitting. I am usually a medium but had to XL, but the length is still shorter then what I usually have. If there was an option to pick the size of the length the pants will be perfect. Overall happy with the clothes and service.

DO NOT BUY! The product is misleading says jogger fit not skin tight super skinny fit. Spoke to a guy called Adam to return them I’ve sent them back and heard nothing back on my refund. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Love the product. The cargo joggers are brilliant, and the service is just as good. Would definitely recommend
