I am so happy with it specially for the international meeting. The transaltion and summary do help me work.

Noota is a joy to use, super intuitive, reliable, and packed with powerful integrations. The AI-powered notetaker effortlessly joins meetings via Google or Outlook calendar access, transcribes in English and German (or around 80 languages), and crafts structured summaries that you can tailor using templates or build from scratch.
I especially appreciate how Noota stores data securely in European data centers and as a French company adheres fully to GDPR (and also SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards).
Managing recordings and transcriptions is super streamlined, one (and only one) tag to organize everything - this might be a challenge if you have lots of meetings with lots of structure, but the many meetings I have each week it fits well. Noota also plays well with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, and Slack.

I have been using Noota for over a year, and I can say this is one of the most important piece of software for my business. Noota records my meetings, transcribes the discussion, provides meeting summaries and notes, and does this flawlessly every time. I can also upload audio recordings to get transcriptions for those as well. I'm very impress and a huge fan!

Noota is not just a platform - for me it's a colleague! Noota provides not only the meeting recording and full transcription, it also gives the most enlightening AI summaries. My clients always compliment me on how well I summarise the meetings, highlighting things they wouldn't have thought (even although they were at the meeting!). The UI is clean and easy to work with. You can select which type of meeting summary you'd like, as well as create your own AI summaries. A great additional tool is being able to go through the transcript, highlight some text and generate a video snippet just of the highlighted text. Altogether a brilliant tool and one I couldn't be without.

So good for fact checking and making sure what we were talking about and who actioned what. It's like having the a perfect meeting assistant but it never eats all the biscuits or moans everyone talked too fast! Meeting summaries are super condensed and actionable. Try it and never look back.

I have been using Noota for about two years. From the United States I teach online to students in Venezuela. I am hearing impaired and so many times I cannot understand their voice messages. Updated: The tool allowed me to change email now. 4-star on the tool's performance and accuracy. 1-star off for not having a PC app yet to record meetings off browser.

Noota is simply amazing. Have been using it for a while and it never disappoints. The quality of transcription and the flexibilty of subtitles is great. And it has many other features. One stop solution for all your transcription and audio needs. I highly recommend it.

Noota has been legit amazing for me. I have a few tools that can "transcribe" any while they can still be useful, the inaccuracies waste a LOT of time when you need to go in and edit is all, because they always need a lot of editing.

With Noota I only skip to the part where I was talking when I coughed or sneezed to see if I need to fix it. Excellent transcription tech.

I have also uploaded a few audio files and used the Youtube transcriber tool, and all I can really say is wow. Huge time saver, and what is amazing to me is that a few of these files are so muffled I can barely make out what they are saying...and Noota has nailed it.

If I sound like a fan boy it is because I am one. Really happy with this software and the time it has been saving me with its accuracy.
