The worst online shop I have ever dealt…

The worst online shop I have ever dealt with. The company consistently refuses to accept returns for some of the products within the first two weeks. There is no email address or phone number available to contact them. On top of that, the goods were advertised as being shipped from a German shop, but they actually came from France, which means the return costs - paid by the customer - are extremely high.

Our team has nevertheless assisted you to facilitate the process and has provided you with the return instructions. Our return period is one month from the date of delivery of the order.

Bad Experience – No Updates, No Replies, No Refund Info

Very disappointing experience with Nootica

My order has been delayed beyond the originally announced delivery date without any updates or information from the company.

Customer service is practically unreachable. The support page on the website only shows a “404 – page not found” error, and I never received any reply to my email inquiry either.

I eventually canceled the order online, but even there you don’t get any confirmation whether the cancellation was successful or when you can expect your refund.

Customer support on this website is extremely poor. I would not recommend ordering from Nootica.

Run!

Run! This company is garbage and quite scammers type.
They were postponing delivery due to ordered products missing, always with the excuse the product will be available next week. And note these products shows stock available on their website, and that's why I bought them as I was in a rush. I was waiting more than 1 month with this 'next week' availability lies until I decide to cancel the item which was delaying the delivery and ask them to send the order with available items ASAP. They yet took more than week to dispatch the package after my decision and request by email.
If this was not enough, the order came with a rope with less 40% meters than the length I've ordered. 40%! I'm not talking about cms or even 1 or 2 meters! I wrote them again and they assume they have not enough rope length at that time but they yet decided to send what they have instead of contacting me in advance asking if I still want the rope. This rope became useless to me as it was shorter than what I need. I ask for a refund and I'm still waiting fort it, 32 months later.

Resuming, this is a bunch of scammers. Both attitudes:
1. lying compulsively regarding the restock date
2. sending ropes with 40% less meters than the ones ortderes saying nothing
is a scammers behaviour. They are compulsory burglars.
I understand why they don't have PayPal payment... people will request refund imediatly upon these behaviours and of course, PayPal will refund as this is clearly a burglars behaviour.

Good Quality

I have to give a comment for a great service of this Shop. I Ordered Forza for only 183euros! It really fits to me. Tip: I am male with size 43.(I ordered size 41-42) I jave also trust issues coz i really don’t know how they can deliver it but Fedex did a great job even im from Germany. Very fast Delivery! The quality looks good. I never tested it tho. I will update my comment once i tested the product. I highly recommend Nootica!

Customer service stoped to react on various mails after my complaints on getting the wrong product. Definitely never buy again.

Bad experience

Bad experience, slow web page, slow answering only in french, no cash back for exchange. Never ever again.

I was disrespected by customer service.
I received Aztron Rocket Foil 1450 defective.
Front wing socket is damaged this endangers the life of customer.
Nautica doesn't care, they said it's normal and natural that product is defective and endangers human life.
They wanted me to pay return shipping, because they sent me used, damaged, defective dangerous item.
It has been reported to Police in Poland and is undergoing criminal investigation.

Here is original response from Nautica.
They are happy to answer question, but they just ignored all my messages and evidence.

This man and whole company was reported and fraud.

I filed defective return claim on 6th of September.
It's 11th of October and the claim is still not approved.

From nootica general terms of use:
10. Quality or compliance issues :
If a product is delivered that does not correspond to the order (defective or non-compliant), the buyer must formulate his complaint within 7 days of signing the delivery note.

Only in this case will Nootica bear the costs of the return.

The Buyer must inform Nootica.com, and the return can only be made after the latter has given its consent and issued a return number which must be written on the packaging.

After sales

Not as expected, some low quality items

I have ordered a StandUpPaddle "Set"
The SUP Board itself is very good, and of a high quality. The air pump also, quite easy to use and nothing complicated with the whole system.
The Paddle on the other hand is like a piece of metal made in the deeps of Mordor by some orcs... Worst quality I have ever seen in a paddle. I bareley managed to fit the pieces together because of design flaws. The Paddle is heavier than Thors hammer, very unconfortable to use and they also twist, the clamps aren't holding.
I think the whole point is to spend more money for an extra paddle.
Also the delivery time was more than 4 months in my case. Quite dissapointed overall.

Defect in unresolved sup board. Declined warranty

I bought in May 2019 through the online store of Nootica.com a SUP board West Key Classic 10.6 for 300 €. I haven't used this board more than 5 times since then due to quality problems. I have boards from other brands, I always use the kit's equipment to fill manually and at the recommended pressures and I never had any problems with any except this one. In addition, Nootica's service became increasingly harsh and hostile during the resolution.

In the first use in July 2019, I identified a leak in the valve glue, photographed and recorded a video to make a complaint, I was told it was common and to tighten the valve slightly. The problem continued and I was then sent a tube of transparent grease already open with little quantity, together with a video of how to proceed with the repair. We did the service as explained.
In June 2020 the leak returned to the same place where the valve was glued, we recorded and photographed again to perform a new RMA. Nootica sent a new repair kit now with a white, pasty grease that has nothing to do with the original, a new repair was made, however the grease never dried in 15 days and as soon as the board was inflated a leak appeared again in the same place, even before reaching 15PSI which is the recommended pressure.
In July 2020 and following the problem that was not resolved, a new complaint was filed and Nootica asked to send the board to their workshop in France in order to be able to repair it, even though it was still under warranty, I was obliged to pay a shipping € 75 to send the board.
In August 2020 they send the board back to me, I recorded it from the opening of the package to the board's filling and found that the leak was not resolved! I made new contact and now they say that it is my fault for the use, for the failure of the repair and for misuse.
Unfortunately, I will keep a board of € 300 + € 75 unusable due to a defect that has occurred since the beginning, not being resolved by the store during the warranty period.
