Ordered inflatable kayak for delivery to Southern Spain, from placing order to delivery was less than 48hrs. Shout out to GLS too, communication all round was fantastic. Not been out on kayak yet but it looks just as described.

Unacceptable behaviour, ordered a product marked as 3-5 days delivery and it's been over a month and a half and still the product hasn't been shipped. Tried to contact customer support twice and no reply. Not even sure if or when I am going to receive my 400€ order. It's totally unacceptable, stay away.

Con artists be aware Ordered some gauges to match existing ones sent a completely different brand and wont have them back saying the brands are similar and work closely together wtf
Nearly £200 for useless items and the service is so slow.
Avoid at all costs I am now going to have to claim my money back via my bank.

I ordered a paddle surf board and all perfect. Quick delivery and I received my order within 4 days, The product as described and well packaged. Happy with the service.

Run! This company is garbage and quite scammers type.
They were postponing delivery due to ordered products missing, always with the excuse the product will be available next week. And note these products shows stock available on their website, and that's why I bought them as I was in a rush. I was waiting more than 1 month with this 'next week' availability lies until I decide to cancel the item which was delaying the delivery and ask them to send the order with available items ASAP. They yet took more than week to dispatch the package after my decision and request by email.
If this was not enough, the order came with a rope with less 40% meters than the length I've ordered. 40%! I'm not talking about cms or even 1 or 2 meters! I wrote them again and they assume they have not enough rope length at that time but they yet decided to send what they have instead of contacting me in advance asking if I still want the rope. This rope became useless to me as it was shorter than what I need. I ask for a refund and I'm still waiting fort it, 32 months later.

Resuming, this is a bunch of scammers. Both attitudes:
1. lying compulsively regarding the restock date
2. sending ropes with 40% less meters than the ones ortderes saying nothing
is a scammers behaviour. They are compulsory burglars.
I understand why they don't have PayPal payment... people will request refund imediatly upon these behaviours and of course, PayPal will refund as this is clearly a burglars behaviour.

I am really disappointed with how my case was handled, I bought an arrow on September 5th, after two weeks I contacted customer service to find out where my package was, they responded by informing me about my shipment and that there was a fairly significant delay in the arrival of my package, therefore I received my package on October 15th, I received the package and the arrow was bent and poorly packaged. I contacted customer service again to inform them, and they responded that it is not their problem but rather the carrier's. I requested a refund but since they continue to bounce the problem to the carrier, therefore today we are on November 19th and I have no arrow or refund. Please take my problem into consideration and resolve it as soon as possible. (Images have already been provided)

30.09.23 we ordered some stuff with delivery from 06.10-10.10, but later on my page was another dates of delivery from 13.10-17.10, sorry but this date doesn’t suit to us, because we’ll cross Atlantic on 15.10!
So I ask you here, because you don’t answer to me on my page, back my money.

They send me a completely different product, much cheaper than the one bought. Although the communication is quite slow, Enoora (Customer service) handled the dispute really good and customer satisfaction oriented. We have reached a good agreement and both parties have finished satisfied. I would recommend Nootica to anwer faster, but once Enoora was in charge of my case, everything went really fast and easy.

Facil, sencillo y eficiente

Excellent service. Got my AF inflatable, pump, paddles. Ordered on Wed with payment via bank transfer. I did the transfer, and they started processing it within a hour or so. Thursday package went out, and I got all the items on Monday. Shame they did not do weekend delivery, would have been nice to have got it on the Saturday as Sunday was a nice day.

Everything arrived as described, and in good time.
I will definitely be using Nootica again. Very good service.
