The only place I'll buy from
Trust worthy company, you can believe you are getting what you ordered and it is obvious they care about what they do and not just in it for money. They have decent prices(plus rewards program), fast delivery, and the website provides good information on products. However, if you need more information or have questions their reddit is a great resource and they put out a podcast on YouTube. What more can you ask for?

I don't know how to say this without sounding like a fake review... but here it goes anyway
I don't know how to say this without sounding like a fake review... but here it goes anyway: They are literally the top-notch in the supplement industry. They standardize. They test. They communicate. They care about their customers. They f'ing innovate. They research. They validate. They have PASSION.
They believe in their products so much, they put their names and faces in public view. Interviews, videos, walkthroughs.
Shipping has always been great. On temperature sensitive ones, they will ship with cold packs.
Pricing is more expensive, sure... but you have to realize that literally NO OTHER COMPANY in the industry is testing and standardizing and validating the way Nootropics Depot is. Sure, another company might be cheaper, but you likely aren't even getting a fraction of what is claimed on the label... if at all (and by the way, Nootropics Depot has articles and research and tests on this too to back it up--for example with ecklonia cava).
For background, I've been a customer of Nootropics Depot for 5 years, and have made NUMEROUS orders over that time.
Never once had an issue with the products or shipping or billing. Only thing EVER that occurred was that I accidentally redeemed an ND Insider Coupon without reading that I couldn't stack it with other discounts first, and I contacted them and they were happy to not only return the ND Insider points but also update the website to make it more apparent that multiple coupons cannot be used at the same time so it doesn't happen to other people.

It is good to know that the product I am ordering is in the bottle. Some supplement companies will not use the ingredients listed on the label.
