Hard to find a company with reliable products as ND and they never disappoint. Shipping is super fast and the few times things have been delivered to the wrong house ( through no fault of their own) customer service quickly made it right. Bc of all that, I’ve been a customer for years.

Issue with rewards coupon
Your website displayed an active rewards coupon in my account, but when I attempted to redeem it, I received an error stating it was expired — despite a valid expiration date one week out. When I contacted customer service, I was told the coupon had already been used. If that’s the case, it should not have been visible as a redeemable option in my account.
