I love this company but for over 6 months the products that I want to try are sold out every time I wanted to order. Very frustrating. Wish you offered sample packs of various products that are in the same category.

For one you don’t have phone customer service, which is ridiculous in these days and times. And two, I supposedly had a $10 coupon code that should’ve activated when I logged into your website to make my most recent purchase and there was no code to be had or seen or to be used.
