This summer i ordered item on Nootropicsource.com. N-Acetyl Semax Amidate Spray 100mcg+ per spray (10mL bottle @ 1mg per mL), price $29.95 + $13.50 via First Class Shipping (up to 14 days).
26 July 2016 I got tracking number.
1 August 2016 regarding the tracking information the item was delivered to my mailbox (Berlin, Germany) but the mailbox was empty (the item could be stolen). So i contacted to customer service and local post office.
1 August 2016 I received the answer from Nootropicsource.com:
*We looked into the package and there is confirmation that it was delivered to you today at 12:37pm. You will need to reach out to USPS and ask them where the package was delivered to. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and hope that the post office can assist you further. Please let us know of the progress you make.

Hello Mr , We will be looking into this issue, as it rarely occurs in the 8+ years of selling in this industry. Have you talked with your regular mail carrier or mailman that delivers to your residence? Perhaps it was put in another mailbox by accident. What is the name of the local organization that delivers to you in your country? It is still very early and it is possible it is still with your mail carrier. International delivery takes up to 14 days sometimes longer.

How on earth could you think it's at all reasonable to blame us for a package being "stolen" from your hands?

I am personally willing to help you alleviate this situation even though it wasn't due to any mistake on our behalf that you had your mail stolen. Do you wish for me to work with you to alleviate this situation in a manner in which you deem reasonable or would you prefer to go ahead with your claim or have you already gone ahead with your claim? Let me know because I am here to ensure that things are done in a manner in which to keep you happy. The item says delivered for all we know it was delivered and you are trying to scam us. Do you think that we sent it, then took a flight to Germany and stole it from your mailbox? How is that at all in the slightest bit sensible thought? If you don't wish to fix this together then so be it, but please stop with the stupidity when you very well know that it was delivered according to the tracking. Do you reasonably think that we are responsible for you to lose something once it is delivered? Again please tell me how it is our fault that you lost a package or someone stole it from you over there? We are not the post office. We are a company that sends our products worldwide and have never had any issues like this. The only reason I am even entertaining this illogical and dishonorable nonsense is because we care about our customers; so that is why I am trying to figure this out to help you out.
