Do not expect a timely response. I used their payment system they have on their website and they can not find my payment. It has cleared my bank account and they can not give me a refund. I showed them the transaction and still nothing. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Everything came neatly packed and clearly labeled. The bonus sample they included was a beautiful surprise 10/10 experience overall

I ordered RAD-140. The packaging was awesome and instructions were clear. everything arrived in a few days

My order took about two weeks to arrive, and no even a single reply from support. The product was fine but the overall experience felt risky.

My Noopept took about about 12 days to arrive. The quality was actually really good, but the support sucked. Never got a reply from them.

Ordered a big order and only got a confirmation email. No shipping updates. Overall I have to admit I was satisfied with the products but the silence was a bit off putting.

The Aniarcetam was one of the best , but I had to wait 2 days to et an answer from the support team. I would still recommend it but be patient on the support

I have tried many different Nootropic vendors.RCDBIO ranks high among all of them.Compounds that deliver.

The compounds were fine, but they looked longer than expected, and the tracking was never updated. Average experience but usable compound.

Its hard to get your hands on some quality Phenibut. The Phenibut I ordered seems legit and the purity does what it needs to! I had some question but the team was slow to reply. Still better than most experiences from online compound vendors.

I ordered some SARMs expecting them to arrive in a couple of days. It took 16 days to arrive and I had no responses on the email support. The service is really underwhelming. Atleast the product was not bad.

My order took about 2 weeks and I had a tough time geting tracking info. The compound was fine, but the lack of updates was admittedly frustrating.

This company is a SCAM. I tried them out for a couple of items that run about $225 each. They took a long time to come but were fine.
So I bought $2000+ worth of product, I waited forever and they sent me half the product and went crickets on me.

They still owe me $1000+ in product and they won't answer my emails, and don't answer the phone.

I'm trying to report them to the State Attorney General.

If you get free shipping it takes a little while to get to you. But if you have it overnight shipping it will be there in a couple days.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Before December it was a decent business and since then they switched to scam mode. If you don't believe me check the dates on the reviews. Any good ones are before November. You order, pay, don't get a confirmation, never get a product or your money, there is NO COMMUNICATION from the website.

I paid for priority shipping thats 1-3 days shipping. That was extra $15 and took 10 to get package. Never got money back. There Flmodafinil taps are junk. Did nothing, but put me to sleep. Same taps purerawz sold me. Green taps. These companies should be ashamed of themsevles for selling junk products. They should shut down and put out business.

I ordered 15 GRAMS and when I received my item it was only 13.5g! When I emailed them with proof they ghosted me! specifically Norah. 20$ down the drain. If I pay for 15g I expect 15g and when I get less you should compensate the returning customer not be rude and ghost them!

Customer service is awful and you need to pester like crazy to have an issue solved.

These people are a bunch of verbose, unhelpful customers ever.

Except Linda. She’s the best one out of all of RCD, in fact the best from all nootropic shops I’ve dealt with. Truth has to be told.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I used to use RCD all the time and have spent thousands with them. During the holidays their website got shutdown and reopened under a new URL. I made 2 separate orders payed over $80 in shipping total for 2 day shipping for a total of over $300. ITS BEEN 15 DAYS AND I DONT EVEN HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. Their customer support has now just stopped responding to my emails. This is ridiculous I’ve never had issues with them like this. Going to make sure nobody has the same issues. I will try to update this review if anything changes but be careful.

Paid $115 for a product and Priority 1-3 day shipping. The label was created and the order has never shown up in the USPS system. It's been a few weeks now. Support told me to please give it a few days for USPS to update shipping. ITs BEEN 2 WEEKS. I'm starting to feel like I just got scammed out of $115. Probably did. I highly recommend staying away. There is no way get a refund or charge back becuase of their shady payment system.
