I have worked in the software industry for 35 years. I have dealt with many software providers. I have to say that I have rarely seen a team that is so dedicated to customer satisfaction. They clearly went above and beyond to help me with the CDN plugin and debug issues that were out of scope of their responsibility. They communicated clearly, helped me resolve my issues and did everything in their power to get me up and running with my CDN service. Therefore, I am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

I purchased a nopCommerce plugin from nopAccelerate. The plugin worked as advertised, although the API documentation for it was written for the version both before and after the version we were actually on, so there were some minor documentation issues...but they helped me through that when I had questions.

The team always communicated with me whenever I needed it, though they seemed to struggle a little bit with the licensing piece...however I don't think it's fair to subtract points for that, and all in all we were able to finish our project on time and working well.

The only issue I had was that we purchased a license and it kept expiring...but at the end of the day, everything worked as we needed it to, so I'm going to keep the review as 5 stars.
