I made the mistake of ordering two of these poor quality bags. The first one was made from awful materials and the shoulder strap attachment was so shoddy it broke after the second use. The zip was faulty and part of the metal strap attachments fell to bits and were lost.
I complained and asked for my money back but was told 3o days were up so too late (I was on holiday when the bag arrived so obly used it for days). The same bags are available on Temu for much cheaper. The second bag is slightly stronger but very tacky and not leather. Please be warned, these are cheap Chinese rubbish

I was rather worried after I ordered my Nora bag and then read these reviews. However the company has responded to emails and my bag got delivered today. I love it and am really pleased I purchased it!
It’s not the best quality but you get what you pay for and I am glad I went ahead with my purchase .

Despite the delivery taking a while (just shy of a month), I'm really impressed by the quality and style of the bag itself. I ordered the multi use backpack in tan and it's gorgeous - just the right size too. I would buy from here again due to the quality of the product.

A few years ago I had a great experience with this shop. So I advised my mother in law to purchase a bag here. She bought it in March and didn't receive anything. We send several emails but never get a reply.
I don't know what happened but it almost seems to be a scam now...
Very frustrating that they ignore us and we can't get the money back.
Don't buy here, something seems to be off..!

I bought a Norabag, just before Christmas and I was happy with it. It did what I wanted and was reasonable quality. I would not pay full price for one. After a short while the stitching round the front zip came loose and the zip came off. I emailed with photos and I received a replacement. That is still in the bag. There are threads hanging at the top and bottom of the zip and within a short while, there is no doubt on my mind that the zip will come off. I emailed again, with photos. I was tilled there was nothing wrong with it. I explained why I wasn't happy with it and I was told that it wasn't a loose thread it was supposed to be like that. I have been told I can return the bag at my own expense for a refund. I would not recommend at all.

I like the colour ✅
I worked out the straps which was slightly tricky but if you study an online photo you’ll be ok ✅
Lots of pockets inside✅
Plenty of room for wallet, makeup, hat and water bottle✅
Lining is plastic but that could be a good thing if water spills ✅
It’s going to Europe for 3 weeks so I’ll report back after ✈️

I received a different design which cannot convert into a rucksack (the reason I bought it), they are willing to pay a refund but I need to pay shipment cost. So in the end, no bags and needing to pay USD 30 on shipment cost, because the bags don't work the way they demo it in videos. Really poor and impolite comms.

Bought a Vera bag for work to take my purse phone water bottle within weeks the small pocket on the outside the zip came off when I zipped it up, then a few weeks later zip on inside pocket broke and then week after the lining tore so within a couple of months bag is only fit for the bin , appalling customer service just got told out of 30 day return policy . Total waste of money.

Poorly made and of poor quality, delivery takes 3 weeks plus and customer service is appalling. Dont waste your time or money.

I ordered a nora bag the order was accepted and confirmed and then a week later I get an email to advise sorry out of stock until next November am I happy to wait

Shame I can't leave a 0 star review. The handbag looked nice when arrived but I noticed a small defect on the bag. I could not be bothered to send it back as it was hardly noticeable. Less than 8 weeks later with very light use... I have stiched up the inside fabric which ripped side to side by only carrying my purse and a water bottle. Also the top stiching of the bag has started to get un-done.
Contacted customer services 2 weeks ago for a reply that I hardly believe will ever arrive.
Very disappointed with the quality for a £30 bag. I wish I went to TK-Max. Product poorly made in China. I do not recommend.

I was surprised by the v poor reviews I saw here. My Vera bag arrived after a few weeks and I'm really pleased with the quality and the design (although I doubt very much ANYONE would pay the advertised 'full price'for it). Sounds like I was lucky though. The company loses stars for not paying attention to GDPR, emailing me when I had not signed up for newsletters and then not including an "unsubscribe" link in their email (there was a "click here" to unsubscribe, but no link contained therein).

Do not waste your money!!!!
Purchased the Vera bag in preparation of my daughter returning to secondary school, within 2 hours use the zipper broke off, contacted customer services and got a reply that it was outwith the 2 week exchange/ return period!!!
Tried leaving a review on their page but it seems they only accept good reviews or post fake reviews

My order of a 'Devon' bag arrived and I am very happy with it. I love the design and the flexibility that it gives as both a shoulder bag or a backpack. I used it immediately and it is already a firm favourite.

I purchased 2 bags early June and have been given a link to a dodgy tracking page that is apparently being sent from China. I have queried the delay and was told it was due to coronavirus and I have been told now that they are preparing to send again as had a problem. The spelling was atrocious and I think now this company is dodgy and a scam. Whatsoever the same bags are now being sold on amazon for a third of the price. Do not purchase these bags because you will be waiting a long time!! Im disappointed that this was advertised on instagram.
