My wife loves it. That's all that matters to me

I am not the best with styling my hair and this makes life so much easier. As I’ve gotten older and had kids my hair have lost thickness and volume. I’m able to regain that with this product.

Love this product

Simple tool for someone who is hair challenged. A slight learning curve but has made my hair styling experience quicker and more enjoyable

I would give zero stars if I could - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are not located in the US - their “office” in NYC is a joke….thought I was ordering from USA - to return this product after it took a month to get to me was going to cost over $200 to return to china! I was so mad I was fooled into thinking it came from NYC I didn’t use it and went to return it and was shocked at the cost - this product is not made in the USA - jokes on me

Tried it yesterday for the first time & absolutely love it! Cant wait to gift others with this tool for Christmas 🎄

I still have not received the product. It is for Christmas gift. I will give another few days then canceling and request money back

The product didn't meet my expectations, even keeping the price in mind.
Returning it was impossible since they kept refusing to let me.
Frustrating company to email with and they do not stick by their own policies.

The hair dryer is difficult to use and gets very hot. Worst of all, they’re not letting us return it because it’s “not faulty” scam company

The Norastyler is awesome. It takes a bit to get used to how to use it best, but so far so good. Instructional videos helped. I wish it came with a bit wider curler.

I’m not very good at trying to style my hair, it’s fine and thin. When I started using my Norastyler it made a huge difference. I get nice curls when I want and they hold up. My hair feels nice and soft as well.

I agree wth Georgia Keys completely. Does not heat up, curl iron does not hold the curling iron, not honoring return bull, scammer.

The item did not work properly, as it would not get very warm. I tried to return as it offers a money back guarantee. They wanted videos, pictures… ridiculous… then after all that, they want you to ship back to China at your expense.. still with no guarantee of a refund!! Complete scam.. DO NOT ORDER!!!
