Product is okay. It’s lightweight and dries quickly however the attachments are very difficult to use. Shipping took almost 3 weeks. For the price I’ll be keeping the product and hopefully can get the hang of the attachments.

The styler is different and with more practice I think I will be able to style my hair with ease.
I ordered the case for my styler but the case does not fit all the components like it shows in the picture.

Item arrived in 2 weeks from China. Dries fast and works OK. Some attachments work better than others. Not quite the Dyson but a good alternative. My daughter has taken it already. Doesn't leave hair frizzy.

I tried each of the attachments when I opened it and now my daughter wants one because she saw how well it worked!
I travel for work from state to state and also go out of town quite often on vacations & this is the perfect hairstyler for the different uses that I need one for! I don’t have to carry a hairdryer plus several other pieces just this one set. I love it!

I ordered this styler and container and it never arrived. I reached out for the last 3 weeks with no help. They sent me pictures of where delivered which I have no idea where that is. They have been no help and I still have no styler? Horrible company. Do not order from them.

Was not satisfied with my multi styler and requested a refund. Since this product falls under "personal care" they have hygiene policy in place - they don't offer refunds. How are you supposed to determine functionality if you can't test it. Aren't most of their products fall under personal care? They offered "credit" but am concerned the same policy will apply towards other products. Very disappointed! Shoppers-please read the fine print

This product is not working. People don’t ever buy this. By the way they don’t return your money even you open it and try it and ask them for refund. Don’t ever buy it !!???

Love how light weight the styler is. I have very thick course, shoulder length hair, the drying time was fantastic! The round brush is too small, so I need the larger size. 4 stars because I have to make another purchase. Both round brush sizes should be included.

Still getting the hang of it. The curler does not work very well for short thin hair.

Terrible company, the worst customer service and a very deceiving company.

I have been having a problem since day 1, they told me they would cancel the VIP club sine I asked them right after my order as well as cancellation if the case, but no they did not do either.

I am now seeking ti return this product and there is no 60 money-back guarantee, you can return it for store credit even if you just used a barrel for less than 10 seconds. Will never but from this company again and definitely do not recommend. By the way, the curliron iton attachment does nit rotate as shown.

I received my styling tool and put the curling tool on the styler. I was trying each tool on the styler head and the curling tool will not come off. I am not able to use the styler. I sent the company a email and video of the styler with the stuck tool on it and was told they were working on it to get a new one mailed. After several attempts for weeks of back and forth emails I still do not have a replacement or return label. The last response from them was that the styler is not defective. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would not recommend the Nora Styler to anyone!

I really like this styler. Does it ship slowly? Yes. Is it a Dyson? No. Is it lightweight? Yes. Does it dry my fine hair lightning fast? Absolutely! I'm definitely keeping mine.

This item did not get hot and did not work. It is super loud and did not straighten or curl my hair. Terrible return policy and will not be purchasing anything from this website again.

Wish I had read all the reviews and I would never have bought this product. I now understand they’re not USA based and you cannot return it unless you pay over $200 shipping to China, and they don’t even want to do the warranty on it. There’s hardly any bristles in the brush to dry your hair. It makes your hair just fly away does not curl and there’s two spiral attachments you can’t even get your hair to stay on it. It’s so smooth your hair just slides right off. The whole product is just a waste of time.

Can’t believe the Norastyler does what the Dyson hair wrap does but for a fraction of the cost. I was skeptical at first but within the first use, I was blown away. Using the hottest setting, I got big tight curls using the two curling attachments. If you are on the fence, order it.

I ordered this product off their website. My problem is this. The website stated that if I added an additional $4.00 purchase that I would receive free shipping. I add the additional purchase an Did Not receive free shipping. I emailed the company which was a waste of time.
I have not received my item yet so I can't comment on the product.

This has worked great for me so far. It takes a little bit to get used to the air wrap curling - but I really like it.

Excellent customer service, and the employees are so thoughtful and polite. Looking forward to gifting my daughter the 6 in 1 dryer for the holidays!
