I do not like vegan leather.
For $140 I would have preferred real leather straps

Sturdy and spacious product.
It far outweighs the other small bags I have purchased in both quality and appearance. Easy to order online and satisfactory delivery time.

I love my pro 17 Backpack, I struggled to find anything to fit my laptop and have space within the bag. It is comfortable to carry and all the extra pockets make it easy to remain organised.

Bag was received quite quickly. It is as described. I haven’t used it yet but will be later this month when travelling. Appears to be good quality and lots of compartments.

The charging unit is not working or you forgot to send the cable to charge the unit.

Ordered a Siena Flō Moon Crossbody Bag and it arrived 2 weeks later - quicker than i expected. Haven't had a chance to use it yet and am dying to do so because it is excellent. Beautifully made, loaded with little hacks and extras - SO well thought out. I do tend to carry a whole lot of little useful items, which often either wash around or have to be stored in a bag. here, there's a slot or slide or zipped pocket, or even a detachable mini pouch. I've bought the black version and it's really smart. Material waterproof too. Glorious! can't wait to get using it...

The backpack is beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed. It has plenty of storage and thoughtful features, such as a key holder and a lower pocket for a waterproof cover. The only flaw is that the zippers on the two front pockets open from the top, and I've had them open a couple of times. I recommend finding a solution. Excellent shipping and packaging

My Daughter loves this She wanted this colour. It is so useful and she can fit an awful lot into it. It is so well made. The delivery was excellent too and the choice and prices were very good too. Thank you so muvh.

I LOVE this bag. I haven't used it for travelling yet, but I will when I eventually go. I use it as my everyday bag, and it is perfect for that. I was very impressed by the quality of the bag, the stitching is excellent and the fabric is high quality, not cheap rubbish. I have had a few bad experiences buying various things off the internet, so I was sceptical. I am glad I went ahead with the purchase. I intend to get the backpack and packing cases soon.

The bag I bought for my daughter is light and large enough to meet her needs. It can be evaluated so high.
But unfortunately a metal part was totally broken. I had to exchange it with another one, which I got by Amazon.
One more negative point is that the inner pocket was dirtily spotted.
That's it.

I ordered a bag a week ago, money taken from my account but no confirmation email received, I have contacted Nordace several times via webform, social media and email and have not had a single response!!! I can see from other reviews that they have responded asking others to fill in the ‘contact us’ form but I wouldn’t bother as they have failed to respond to two of these so far. At this point I just want my hard earned money back so I can purchase from another company with better customer service (which isn’t hard as yours in non-existent!). SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!

This small cross body bag was exactly what I needed for air travel. I carried my phone, ID, credit card and some cash in it, so I didn’t have to go digging in my larger tote for these essentials. It made dealing with TSA so much easier.

Everything about my experience with Nordace was great. THE PRODUCT: I purchased two bags, the Siena Sling Bag & the Siena Riviera Tote Bag. The craftsmanship & storage details are perfect for travel.
SHIPPING: I didn't pay attention to the fact that is would be an international order & when I clicked on the TRACK button, I was unable to find the transit details, but the order actually arrived the day I checked- it took 7 days.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Before they arrived, I emailed the service department asking for clarification on the arrival and the agent responded immediately. She assured me that they would arrive (from Canada) that day...and they did! So pleased!

I've been collecting Nordace bags and the Siena Nexus Crossbody bag is my latest acquisition. As with all of the Nordace products I've purchased, the quality of the materials and the manufacturing are beyond my expectations. I'm just waiting for my next trip to purchase another one!

Very comfortable backbag for travel, efficiently designed with so many compartments that makes it so easy to pack and easily find your stuff. Highly recommend 👌
