Easy order but too many special offers

Easy enough to order, my only complaint was having to go through multiple ‘special offer’ pages to actually check out.

The Nordastro service team deserves special praise. I accidentally submitted the wrong birth dates for my book, and the support team gave me the option to reprint the book for a small additional fee. Excellent service, and thank you very much!

Hidden charges.

That said, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless the product failed to be delivered due to a technical fault on our end.

Since the service was correctly provided, we are unable to issue you a refund.

Your subscriptions have been canceled and no further charges will ever occur. You may still use your plan until your current subscription ends.

I was billed $30.99 on 2/20 and then again on 3/8/26 which is not monthly. Please check your accounts when you order or you will be billed monthly!

*3.7.26 update - I've been billed twice now for $30.99 and have no idea what it's for! Waiting to hear from customer support. Make sure to check your accounts, all!

Want to order as gift for two great grand children but a lot of your questions can't be answered as the children are babies or toddlers. All I can supply is birth details and gender. Is that a problem?
