Ease up on the marketing please. Too much

I didn’t how long it took for me to type my shipping address. I felt bunbarded with upsells that I never wanted.

My whole experience with this book is…

My whole experience with this book is ruined. It started February 26th when I ordered my book which I was beyond EXCITED for! Well after this I will never in my life order anything again from random sites because these people want to say im in a subscription which I clicked no to ALL the adds on the end and there is like 20 but on their end I apparently said yes to one because I had no clue I was going to be charged 99.99$ for a "1 month free psychic reading" Thats what cody told me on the first day (March 11) I emailed about wanting a refund, Then Ivy messaged me later telling me that my services weren't available on the app until the 99.99 wasnt pending anymore. Im like you guys said 1 month free then I should have them on there for 1 month not 2 weeks that makes no sense ! Then yesterday Cody emails me saying that I ordered "1-1 week free coaching" like WHAT you said it was 1 month free psychic reading (which after looking back thru emails one does say something about a psychic reading being in but I never looked at the email until all this happend bc I thought it was another advertisement about them trying to sell something else bc Ive gotten those too ) even looking at the email though it says NOTHING about a subscription or anything being 99.99 being charged to my card and renewing in a week ! Which was March 4th. . How do you buy something febuary 26th and supposedly add this reading on BUT you dont even get it until a week later and you get a random email saying that a reading is in but nothing about a subscription to me if I had opened it up when it came through I would have thought it was something about my ebook like wtf?? Well he did offer me 50% refund back but I never got a psychic reading for free SO I dont understand how I cant get my 100% money back. Im telling you I didnt want the subscription I didnt use the subscription for "FREE" and I didnt even know about it so I am just so in wow that this is happening. Ive never in my life has such a horrible experience and it breaks my heart its astrology that has caused all these problems in my life. Something I am so passionate about and now its all ruined. . If someone is telling you they didnt use this or know about it, How can you not give them their money back. They wanted your book for a year now and finally had extra money to get it an you screw them over and are just ok with it. I wish I never heard about this book or these people.

I havent even read the book or even looked at it because I resent it now like 200$ down the drain for what ?? Stress and 2 going on 3 days of headaches caused by that stress.

SCAM - THEY KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY

Purchased the physical book for a birthday present... everything was fine and then all of a sudden exactly one month later I see a charge of 42.29 on my debit card from Nordastro.. I come the find that by purchasing the book you automatically get enrolled into a month subscription. I NEVER was told there will be further monthly charges.. I NEVER got an email with the breakdown of what I am receiving with the subscription.. I NEVER got ANY information on how to cancel and manage the subscription.. I only found out about this random subscription when I emailed the company to ask for a refund on the charge I thought was some sort of error or mistake on there end since I HAD NO IDEA AND WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE SCAM SUBSCRIPTION they automatically decided to set up. They refused to refund me BUT I did get my money back from calling my bank and disputing the charge. If you have been wrongfully charged like myself.. all you have to do is call your bank and dispute the charge and you will get your money back! Unfortunately I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to avoid and future charges from this company! BE WARNED THEY WILL KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY MONTH AFTER MONTH.. I would use a PREPAID credit card and only load it with the amount of what the physical book costs so any future scam charges don't go through! Hope this helps, be careful when shopping online!

Well, at first I was frustrated.

At first, I tried to get the paperback book but somehow during checkout it changed to the online download book. I sent a a message in it was fixed. Shortly after.I’m very excited to get my book in my hands.
