I am very grateful to the company, everything is great. A large selection of products, equipment for stamps, a huge fund of stamps. In short, great, keep it up.

Ordered and paid for stamps on 20th Sept 2022 from UK(Cornwall). As I write this (15th Nov 2022) have still not received them and have just received 8th email reply from them stating that
'We understand your frustration, it is a dissatisfactory situation for all parties concerned. At the moment we have no updates or an estimated date of delivery'
Brilliant, thanks Nordfrim. Google maps tells me that I could have WALKED from my home to Denmark collected the stamps and walked back to UK and I would have been back over a month ago. BTW 3 weeks ago they managed to send me a brochure, but apparently the order I paid for was too much to ask for.

A small problem was sorted out without delay. Nordfrim is a great company, so efficient and helpful, with great value in stamps and accessories. It is a real pleasure to deal with these people.

I have ordered from this firm at least six times over the past four years. They are located in Denmark and I am in Minnesota, USA. They have an extensive stock of high level merchandise for stamp collectors. Many of these items are very difficult to purchase in the U.S. now. My most recent order took three days to arrive, which is simply amazing considering delays in international shipping. The company does well with advanced collectors as they obviously have a deep knowledge of philately.

I'm a relatively new customer to Nordfrim, and have been completely satisfied with the service I have received. Orders are always sent out promptly with full tracking information, and the customer service team are absolutely the best in the business!

Recently, I've had trouble with an order as DHL lost my parcel, and the customer service folks have been friendly, supportive, and eager to help throughout the process. It makes me feel like my business is valuable to them, even as a new customer, and it has been wonderful interacting with both Jutta and Anders, the customer service team handling my issue.

Nordfrim definitely has a lifelong customer in me as a result of their professional and hardworking team, and I look forward to many years of business with them!

After posting my initial (unflattering) review, the company reached out to me immediately, and all is now back on track. I will leave this at five stars absent any product or service failures.

I bought for 4800:- but just reccived frim for 1800:- when i told them that they took 10 days to answer and said they only got 1800:- from my card, wich is impossible. Also ive sent screenshot that 4800:- is paid, then they changed their story and said money was refunded (Wich they are not)

Still been 4 weeks and lost alot of bussnies beacuse of this, also wasted time and just get useless support answer that dont answer what im asking for.

Also i did ask for a receipt for the purchase, wich im yet to reccive

Total rip-off. Stay away! Was supposed to be stamps from Europa stamps 50 anniversary. Sent bags full of junk. Buy from reputable company.

I received stamps from Nordfrim and invoices for stamps I hadn’t received. I had somehow managed to subscribe to regular stamps as part of a collection when I ordered a Xmas pressie last year
I contacted their customer service yesterday who were excellent and gave me a very quick answer to my query. They unsubscribed me and didn’t charge for stamps I received yesterday

The service is excellent. I have found a few CTO's in what should have been mint. i also have had a few creased stamps because they were carelessly put in the cellophane packets. Overall they do very well.

Nordfrim provided me many new issues of the US used stamps. I found a lot and filled up my collection of USas stamps. It is a very good company wery helpful. I could cancel my membership of the new GB stamps.

I have made several purchases from their website and all transactions went perfectly. Exactly what you want from a mail-order service.

If you could state if the stamp is hinged or not would be helpful, also is the picture of the stamp the actual stamp that you send or not. When I ordered a Swiss stamp SW0160 the picture shows the label on the right, but when I got the stamp there was no label.
Putting the shipping Tracking numbers on the Order details page would be helpful also, and having a Wish list, sometime If I put something in the basket and I don't order for a while it gets emptied.

Otherwise I'm very satisfied, and I've received my shipments in good condition

I really like to shop on your web sight, and I would probably buy more stamps, but the shipping fees are way too high. Unless I am buying stock books, what I would buy otherwise wouldn't usually come close to the $175US, to receive the free shipping option. Because the fees for anything under that total are just too high. I buy stuff from other parts of the world where shipping fees are a fraction of what you charge.

Nordfrim is Fantastic. I received a box with many stamps and stamp supplies. This was very useful during Covid 19 to keep my mind busy. There were many varieties of stamps, but sometimes too many of one kind.

Excellent place, one of the best option for collect stamps in the world. Am a person with low income but in Nordfrim i can buy for anywhere. After many years looking finally i found the correct place. Am a fan # 1 and am planning order more soon. Thanks Nordfrim for being spectacular.
