Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I had a terrible experience with Nordfynd.com. My dresses arrived very late and, to my surprise, were shipped from China – something that was never clearly stated when ordering. The items looked nothing like the pictures on the website and did not meet my expectations at all.

When I tried to return them, I was given three unacceptable options:
1. Keep the dresses and get only 30% of my money back.
2. Pay to return them myself all the way to China.
3. Choose something else from their range for 100 SEK.

None of these options felt fair or reasonable. This is not how a trustworthy online store should operate. I will never order from Nordfynd.com again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
