SCAM!!!! WARNING!
I bought a ring that measures steps. I tried to cancel it 3 hours later because it was a sponsored ad I went to because they were the best in the test. They told me that it was not possible to cancel the order because the ring was already on its way. According to the shipping, the ring left their warehouse 1 week later. They replied to me by email that I did not need to pick up the ring & that it would then be returned automatically. It was then delivered to my door. I wrote to them that I want to send it back but & have been trying for 2 weeks to get an address. I get the same answer back that it is very difficult to send it back & is associated with risks. I have replied at least 20 times that I am willing & take the risk & ask for the address but no address comes only an AI generated standard message that they have already sent 100 times! So angry!!
Unfortunately they change their domain all the time from -.se, .net etc

please provide training to your staff. I flew recently and on board they told me that I cannot pay with a debit card, that they only accept credit cards. When I asked if you were serious, she said yes. And the most interesting thing is that the reader wrote that contactless failed and asked to insert a card. We argued for a long time and she tried the payment again and oh my god they started accepting debit cards.

I had a great experience with nordica. The flight attendants were very nice and made sure you had a good flight. They also offered free candy and water that you usually have to pay for. I have no complaints and even though it was a small plane there were plenty of seats.

15 weeks has passed after i filed a request for compenstation for delayd flight, no respons at all, have e-mail and called several times ;(

I bought the plane tickets 12 hours before the trip. I wanted to take my bicycle with me also but had to leave it to the airport because my bike bag was too big for the plane. It was a small plane indeed, but still dissappinted. If you travel with a bicycle then i recommend you not to fly with Nordica.
