A 24hr delivery took 2 weeks to come.
Shipping costs have not been refunded.
Been ignored multiple times by customer service.
Diabolical experience. Was a loyal customer, not anyone. They do not care about their customers anymore. The company has gone down hill massively.

Really happy with the products. The oil and CBD rub work so well.
It came all wrapped up nicely with a personal note also which is a lovely touch.
I will definitely buy this again and recommend it.

Slow delivery, took over 10 days, however, the price is competitive, item is as described, was well packaged and came with a little bag of sweeties, a nice handwritten note and a certificate of purity.
Only just started using this product so can’t give a review on it.

Only just started using the Rub, easy to apply and it does work. This was recommended to me by my acupuncturist to help with my shoulder so far so good 😁

I have been having problems with stiff neck muscles causing acute chronic jaw pain and constant headaches which pain killers dont really help so advised by my acupuncturist to try this No Bo Phyto CBD rub and it works by relaxing the neck muscles in turn releases the compressed nerves and so eases the pain simple logic really although the problem I have ultimately needs cognitive therapy for stress I would certainly advise anyone to at least try this if they are having the same issues as it does help the only problem is its a bit smelly but I honestly dont care as the results are worth it. nice one, thankyou.

The product is good but serious problems with quantity in bottle and delivery. The 15ml bottle dont contain 15 mls - our last one contained 13.5 mls plus delivery is now taking a month which, when you combine that with the complete radio-silence from the company when asking about delivery dates just isnt good enough. Feels like a 'lottery' on whether the product will actually arrive.

I was recommended this company by someone I work with who is involved in body building & competitions, he uses & said it was worth trying myself. I actually have a hip injury which is progressively getting worse & wanted something to take the edge off & relax my muscles. I purchased a rub & oil but had issues in receiving it so ordered again & also called the company asking where my order was. I had no return correspondence from them until I was asked to review the products which I still hadn’t received, so I took this opportunity to email them & explain I was unhappy with the service & wanted a refund. Low & behold the following day my first order arrived followed by my second the following day!!! Not sure what happened & still no correspondence from them! I have now started using the products , I wasn’t sure if it was the placebo effect or they actually work but I’m a week in & can actually say I’m impressed with both products I’ve even got a friend to try the rub on her arthritic hands & she has said it works. I can only hope when I need to re order I don’t have the same issues.

I still have not received my order placed almost a month ago why this was selected for tracked 24 hour delivery! I have emailed the company and heard nothing back! Very disappointing as I am a regular customer and haven’t had this issue before.

Great product, eases training injuries and aches and pains

Placed an order 30/1/24 and still not received it. Tried to contact them 5 times so far with no response
