We’ve used Nobo for around four years…

We’ve used Nobo for around four years now. Their products are second to none! The shopping experience is made even better by the personal touch of hand written notes with your products. They really do care about the customer. Liam and the rest of the team are great and the products are even better! The phyto rub is wonderful for arthritic knees, hips and back, I’d rather use this product than prescription pain relief any day!

I waited weeks for delivery

I waited weeks for delivery. I called with no reponse and emailed with no reponse. When I eventually spoke to someone they said they had been waiting on stock to make a fresh batch but i was not informed of this at the point of purchase. I paid £5.40 for delivery only to wait almost 3 weeks for it arrive with no updates/apology/refund of 24hr tracked shipping. I will not use them again. 3 stars because i can't deny the balm does help pain.

5 Star product, works wonders

More than a customer.

I always feel more than a customer with the team at Nobo. Given the complex nature of what they do, it is true there have been occasional issues with the CBD oil, HOWEVER, Liam is always super honest and rectifies problems without any issue at all. These are the reasons I have used their products for over 3 years.

Phyto Rub to alleviate joint pain.

I bought phyto rub to alleviate pain in my knees as I have osteoarthritis. The pain is not totally gone but I feel I am more mobile and I can manage better. I love the smell of the rub and I am in the process of getting some more. I got some oil, too to help with sleeping. The products arrived promptly and they kindly offered a voucher for the next purchase. I am pleased with their products and service. Thank you.

Fantastic product from an equally…

Fantastic product from an equally fantastic company.
The product firstly is so effective, useful for recovery, aches, pains, stiffness ~ anywhere where the body is ailing and needs help.
The balm is my absolute go to. I recommend it to everyone body for every body.
As a Massage Therapist and Reflexologist I love this product, its excellent when used on shoulders in massages and feet during Reflexology.. my clients often purchase a pot after I’ve used it for their treatments, it smells delightful, it’s pain relieving, soothing and extremely pleasant to use.
I use the product daily on aching hands.

The company owners are approachable, personal, professional and knowledgeable, every purchase is appreciated and every customer is valued.

5* for product and retailer.

Amazing products, highly recommended

Amazing products. I use the Stronger Phyto Rub and couldn't do without it.

It's the only thing that helps with the pain. Fantastic customer services as well. Highly recommended

Took my money and didn't despatch or respond

After purchasing some CBD balm from this company, they offered me the next tin at half price if I did a Trustpilot review. (Nice wheeze if you want positive reviews! Please bear this in mind when reading the rave reviews below.)

I was happy with the product and so I did my review (see below). I then ordered and paid for the product at half price....that was 18 days ago and nothing has arrived and the Royal Mail Tracking number they gave me continuously reports it is awaiting despatch from the vendor. Clearly they haven't even sent it!
(Interestingly another 1 star reviewer has had exactly the same experience very recently.)

I knew from previous attempts to contact them that their customer service is dire....non-existent in fact, I never got answers to emails and it was no different this time.

In spite of numerous emails and requests left on their website I have had no response whatsoever. They have taken my money and left me hanging... Have they have gone out of business?

I now want to warn others about this non-delivery of goods paid for and their non-existant customer service if you want to chase them. Beware!

Hi Joe,

Firstly, I’d like to apologise that you’re still waiting on your 2nd package. However, I can assure you, all parcels that are collected here daily by Royal Mail are collected on the day you received your tracking code.

However, as us and many other UK retailers are discovering, the Royal Mail backlogs are all the way back to inbound, which means when our sealed postal sacks are cut open in the SO and scanned in. This missing ‘first scan’ means that hundreds of customers are contacting our small office (rightly so!) wondering where their parcel is, but it’s already left us weeks ago to Royal Mail… we know this because we are now seeing parcels delivered that were sent in November, so while its not consistent across the UK (with our Highlands deliveries being worst affected) we’re seeing 14-21 day delays for Tracked 24 items we (stupidly) sent back in November.

In truth, the right move was the abandon Royal Mail in favour of 100% DHL & UPS a long time ago, but like many UK small businesses, £5.49 for a 24hr, tracked, 1kg small parcel (which we are often covering) is a very competitive rate, and perhaps mixed with patriotic optimism, we hoped the service would ‘still be the best bet’ for many of our parcels.

We were wrong, and the cohort of affected orders from November are hugely delayed BUT are slowly appearing in the system and being delivered.

It’s coming upto 5 years in February since Nordic Botanics started selling CBD products in the UK and we’ve always tried to deliver the best therapeutic dosed products available, made from honest & organically grown EU hemp. You can often meet my team and myself at events like FitX or Arnolds, we’re never trying to ‘grab a quick buck’ and a negative experience for someone like this is the opposite of what we’re trying to do as a business!

We dont have a very large support team, and thats something I’m going to be working on in 2023, but these Royal Mail strikes and the way their lack of correct chain-of-custody tracking has pushed the support burden onto retailers, has been an eye opener into how we can better serve our customers in future. Right now, I’ll be the first to admit that we can rely too much on our company voicemail when we’re ‘all hands’ on daily dispatches. Thats something we’ll be working on.

Right now, I know the main thing you want to make this right is your order. And Im very optimistic it will be with you any day now. But as a small gesture, I wanted to provide some transparency into whats happening BTS and why you and many of our other customers have unfortunately these past few weeks noticed a sudden change in our delivery rates.

Very disappointed

After 2 weeks of placing my order I am still waiting receive my oder. After contacting Nordic botanical they say that the order is shipped to Royal Mail. But Royal Mail say they are waiting for the order from Nordic botanical. Nordic botanical are blaming a back log at Royal Mail. I don't believe there is a 2 week back log at Royal Mail. Disappointing I still waiting with no way forward.
