Unreliable and bad customer support. 1 month and still havent gotten package support dosent respond anymore after saying they have trouble with getting the goods they should have.

the battery is very very good BUT i am…

the battery is very very good BUT i am giving you very bad grade becuase of the adhesive tape, you didnt even remind the buyer or you didnt even add it to your product, such greedy sellers dont care about the buyer at all but care about selling their items, Learn from the chinese sellers

Very poor support. Not getting poroper replies. No place to call!

Actually just after ordering the next day I requested for a return as I realized I would like a newer version of the product. I tried to contact them asap so that they could stop the delivery from their warehouse quickly and I then I don't have to get the product and then do the return. And in this whole thing, I was expecting to get my refund quickly as well.

Now, each time I try to contact the customer service, they keep saying that if I have returned the product or not! This is very strange as I was hoping that they can track their parcels which they send to the customers. They haven't send me the tracking id and they have been replying till now with irrelevant answers. Very poor support.
