Terrible experience

Terrible experience — keep away. I travelled a long distance to accommodate the clinic’s relocation, only to be met with rudeness and zero assistance. The staff member refused to explain directions to the new location and then cancelled my appointment when I arrived. A complete waste of time. Avoid this place. After reading other reviews, I’m relieved I didn’t go ahead with any treatment there.

I do not recommend having varicose vein…

I do not recommend having varicose vein injections with Dr. Salah. The treatment is supposed to remove the veins on the first attempt, but in my case, it didn’t. I called the clinic two days later and again after a week; they initially confirmed it was just bruising and assured me I could return for a free follow-up treatment if the veins didn’t resolve. However, when I later requested the corrective treatment, they refused to provide it for free.

Additionally, the receptionist displayed unprofessional behavior, downplaying the amount I paid and claiming that others pay significantly more for the same procedure. While my experiences with Botox and fillers at this clinic were positive, my varicose vein treatment with Dr. Salah was disappointing, and I will not return due to the receptionist’s attitude.

I had ETT and arm lift 21st august
From first contact by email to arriving 2 weeks ago the level of support and assistance provided was above my expectations
Dr Pajeda was my choice of surgeon who successfully carried out my operation without any complications
I’m healing very well
The nurses are fabulous they checked me everyday after my 2days in recovery ward
I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is thinking of getting any surgery .

I met a lot of other fabulous women who also had different surgery procedures and every single one was delighted with how they were treated and the amazing transformation to our bodies.

I had liposuction arm lift and breast lift surgery with Dr Urbonas and it has been life changing the whole experience from my rep to the nursing staff was so easy everything was done for me when I saw the surgeon he gave me his honest opinion and day of surgery I was so looked after and after surgery if I was to have another procedure they would be my go to

Negative experience

Unlicensed professionals can’t be reported
I had a very negative experience at this clinic. As a patient, I expected professional care but instead encountered unclear boundaries between staff and patients. This created an difficultsituation that ultimately led to my exclusion from treatment without explanation. I cannot recommend this practice if you're seeking a safe and professional healthcare environment

This company and their laser cap are a SCAM

This company and their laser cap product are a scam. They claim to have a "120-day easy return, money back guarantee", but I repeatedly tried to return this completely ineffective product and they told me I needed to wait 120 days. After 120 days, they sprung on me the fine print that I needed to have taken pictures of my head over those 120 days to qualify for the refund. So over the next few days, I took a few pictures of my head. After submitting the pics, they claimed that their "experts" had determined that they were all taken on the same day, which they were not.

Expensive, needs and update and disorganised

Before the first consultation, I was prompted to fill out a form with a lot of questions. Then with the first official meeting online, we went through the sheet where I basically repeated everything I had written. That cost me 1670 kr for 40 min. I was told that the sessions afterwards would be 700 kr. Apparently, this is not so.

I was suggested to follow a FODMAP and was sent some suggested recipes for gluten-free bread -- which was delicious but all in Danish. It was what it was, and again, I had to sort out the translation, and if they don't have English speaking customers often, I guess it doesn't make sense for them.

I chose to do one test kit, which was over 2500 kr, and had to do a follow-up on that. When I went to book my session, the payment amount specified 1670 kr, and then I had to ask about the 700 kr -- which the reply from Nicole was, "That would be like making something half. Anne Catherine cant explain the testresults and make a treatment for you in only 15 minutes. Followups are for patients that are in treatment already...."

At the same time I got an email from Anne Catherine directly saying that she made that 700 kr dialogue with me. Therefore, I assumed here I would still get 40 min. So I paid 750 kr, and then at the beginning of the call there was mention of "we are short on time" therefore knew in a passive aggressive way that it would be communicated in 15 minutes. I did get my results in 15 minutes exactly, and they let me know my supplements were online if I wished to purchase them.

Whenever the calls are happening, there is a 3rd person there who doesn't say anything or show their face -- they are just listening in. This is very uncomfortable and very bad UX since we are talking about very personal health issues. As a life-centred designer -- this is a HUGE no-no. They should introduce themselves or it should be acknowledged that someone else is listening in because blah blah and ask permission if it is ok.

The platform is not user-friendly in any way, with glitches occurring often, having to go back in again to work with or see feedback. Not good design. They certainly need an update, and you would think they could afford it considering the prices.

Anne Catherine herself is very kind, but it seems that money is a focal point and not about the patient. There are several ways this could be solved without charging enormous amounts of money for results.

The correspondence back and forth is a nightmare because they have an automated response email but then get a response not long after. It shoud be turned off during working hours. Its disorganised and sometimes its nicole or not signed so you have no idea who you are talking to. Its awful.

Although I found out very important facts about my health I have the choice to be dependent on my practitioner who charges 1675 kr for 40 min or these issues loom over me until I fork over the money.

It is very disheartening that I have spent over 5000 kr, and that doesn't include the supplements for something pretty serious happening with my body that regular doctors don't test for.

Nordic Clinic . Dk has a huge opportunity to really revolutionize the health care system for ALL people, not just those who are wealthy but again, the capitalistic mindset narrows focus to money.

Because there are not many ways to get these kinds of testing, they are in a blue ocean, but I hope a new and improved experience provider shows up and changes the game.

In conclusion; I am hoping to find a new provider that makes it about their patients and not core value to be money. They are in a blue ocean but its not sustainable.

Not worth your money

I would probably not spend my hard earned cash here. The company has had a number of issues esspecially with handling samples and getting back to customers in time. I had to take several goes before they finally had information for me. I was so frustrated that there was nobody who could give me proper information on how and why the results take such a long time. Coincidentally, I met somebody who used to work there and was advised that they are short staffed and everybody working there was desperatley trying to leave. I guess this tell me a lot about how management treat their staff and after all if so many people are so reluctent to work there what does that tell you about the comany culture and the their leadership team. I think if you cannot have a happy team it is well known that they will make more errors and produce really bad quality work. I think that this is not a place I will ever spend my money in again and definitely do not recommend it. Neither do the people who worked for the company so I guess that tells you a lot.
