Super happy with my experience. Dice came in a more the reasonable time.
They look splendid can and most likely will be using their services again

Horrible service, I ordered my dice in late December, and only in the beginning of February did I get an email saying that it was on the way, I then have waited an additional 2 weeks, and they have still yet to arrive, I have tried to get in contact, but their systems also are terrible. Would heavily recommend not ordering here

Did nor receive my order.. and the company did not answer me when I contacted them about it.

Do not use. Scamming possibly. Want me to pay £50 to pick up parcel, would my items even be in there. This wasn't communicated to me at all at check out of during purchase etc. spent over £200.

Great quality dice! Both affordable and good quality, topped off with relatively cheap and fast delivery. 10/10 will shop there again.

Overall good site with nice sets of dice. My first purchase was a bit of a miss from their end though, waited almost 2 weeks and got the wrong set.

I ordered the Orange Dice Set but when it arrived I received some form of peach glittered dice set. I've contacted their support and I'll update this review after our conversation.

Update: dem skickade nu mail om att dem skulle skicka rätt tärningar utan extra betalning eller liknande så när dem kommer så är det ett solklar 10/10 företag!

Fick hem korrekt tärningar nu plus en väldigt fin D20 utan extra kostnad. 100% kommer köpa tärningar på Nordic Dice igen

I really loved them and their selection. Even though the toll was expensive in the end, I always loved their dice.

BUT then, I ordered dice holders who got broken in the mail, which was a huge disappointment, but easily fixable. My other order that I did two months later, was a beautiful dice set. I felt like giving me some expensive dice. With the item, shipping and toll- it became around 1000 nok, or 100 dollars. When I received them, I wanted to deep dive to the source of these dice. I FOUND THE ORIGINAL SELLER. 15 dollars on ALIEXPRESS. I cannot support this business anymore. It’s very sad and disappointing.

UPDATE:

They got in touch, and we had a conversation. They gave me a gift card as a "im sorry" which was nice. Their costumer service is at least on the top.

BUT, you buy some the same dice on ali express for extremley amount cheaper. Please check if youre planning on buying from this site.

I think they have an amazing range of products, except I'd really like more of the cheaper (around 10-25€) but cool looking dice. I really don't have the money to buy a set that costs 60€ :( and the range with cheaper dice is a little too small, but otherwise absolutely love it! They have fast shipping and really pack orders in a way that they look like they're cared for properly. Keep doing what you do, Nordicdice! <3

I found the shop easy to to browse, the ordering was smooth and easy. However a lot of the products were out of stock which was sad but understandable.
After ordering I was sent a very sweet thank you mail where they encouraged reaching out with any questions I might have.
Shipping went smooth but I am in a neighbouring country so anything else would be odd, teaching was accurate.
And then there were the dice themselves, I love them with all my heart, they look and feel amazing in my hands.
I am 100% going to purchase from Nordic dice again, I already have a few sets in mind!

I bought a set of dice and when i recieved them the D10 showed two 0s and the D00 showed two 10s. I contacted them but got no answer. I waited a while and contacted them again, but i got no answer. I sent the dice back with a note that i wanted a refund and what mail they could contact me on since they didn't answer any of my mails. The package has now been waiting for pickup for more than a week and they were notified of its arrival. In total it has been a little more than a month and i haven't heard a word from them, even tho i have sent a number of mails.
After a while now they finally got back to me and we solved the issue, i got a new set of dice. But it feels like the costumer service is not a priority. But as i understand it they are a small company. But still, they should atleast send an email saying "Sorry we are solving the issue with the manufacturer." And everything would have been fine. That would have told me that they care about their customers. When it is just dead silence it feels like you will never recieve the right product and get scammed.

I am very happy with the new dice and i will probably buy from this company again despite all the difficulties.

I ordered a set of dice from NordicDice, but both the 10-sided D10 and the D00 have a defect—two sides show the same number. I sent a video to their support team and am waiting for a response. Disappointed with the quality control.

Otherwise, the dice look really nice, which makes this issue even more frustrating. Hoping they will resolve it soon.

Quick delivery, and absolutely beautiful dice and dice tray. Only minus was that it was not possible to track the package, otherwise everything was great.

We ordered a set of dice and a mat for friend's birthday. The package was shipped fast to the mail company. Friend loved it. Customer support was also nice.

The tracking sometimes doesn't have to be updated by the reciever's country. (which is not fault of NordicDice)

I bought a set of green-gold liquid filled dice and a fake leather pouch with an eye ornament from NordicDice as a gift for a friend. NordicDice processed the sale and sent them quick. I was very happy with the quality of the dice and the pouch, and my friend was over the moon with their present!
