Good price, excellent customer service, long delivery
The price for the product was good and it said 1-3 days delivery but the shipment did not come until 2 weeks later.
However the customer support was excellent and a part from the hiccup of the shipment and the time it took im very happy.

Bad, really disappointing, I think
If your order doesn't show up, and it suddently does after you have reportet it, you can't keep your order! They can't make a new invoice = bad, I think!
